The service is amazing, but a staff member named Stacy who answered the phone for me today was extremely short with me, rude, and unprofessional.

Set an appointment for an estimate. No call no show.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I called to have this company replace a plastic handle on my shower, they told me they couldn't come out @ 10pm , but they could the next day, sure. When the gentleman showed up I informed him we wanted a proof of purchase & a bill of sale before he did any work, he said sure, so we went ahead and signed. fast of Florida contacted me regarding the bill, the women informed there policy doesn't allow you to get that. The gentleman lied to us and then informed us he wasn't a licensed plumber and never went to school either, and he had to ask his boss what to do. they also false advertisement while claiming there24/7. Then they charged us $250.00 found the @ home depot for $16.00 and I took Picture of the box he left and looked it up. He told us it was $35.00. I will never do business with this company again.

Casey did our maintenance a week or so ago and he was very polite, took all precautions wearing mask and booties and explained everything he did. This company always keeps track of the maintenance visits and calls to schedule which takes off the worry of forgetting to do so.Today we had to place an emergency service call because one of our units stopped cooling. We got a visit within 4 hours, Robert J. was our technician and he was very couteous, wore his mask and quickly took care of the main issue that was preventing our AC from cooling.

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

Charles was responsive, timely and hard working. I had a clogged pipe and he helped locate the clog. He went above and beyond at helping with the problem. I would definitely recommend him!
