This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

I’ve been using Performance AC for the last couple of years for AC and Plumbing. They have always been great. This time my plumbing backed up and Austin came out to fix it for me. Not only he got the job done quickly, he also did a diagnostic to show me why my plumbing backs up once in a while and a possible solution. Also, everyone I have ever talked to at Performance AC is so polite and pleasant. I highly recommend their service should you ever need it.

They fixed what FOUR plumbers gave up on. I've never had a serviceman give up before, but apparently I have tricky pipes and the previous ones couldn't navigate them even with a camera. CW sent a magician who did it without a camera and never gave up until the problem was resolved.

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. wow...i was in real trouble with a bad leak at night...frightened i called around and no one answered.....I feared it was a hot water heater......[which it wasn't..!!]
..i read the google reviews and several people said call MARGARET...she'll help..she answered phone promptly, and compassionately gave me a few tips and promised a plumber would be over in under an hour..and he was..Anthony....was the BEST plumber i have found in st Pete and I have been looking for one..he got me fixed so nothing wold blow during the night..and turned water back on for my convenience and promised they'd call in am to set regular appointment for permanent fix...and viola!! they did....I could not be more grateful to Margaret, Anthony and Ad Plumbing..they helped me in a crisis.....!!!!!!! Now I never have to worry about getting help during a plumbing emergency...a tel umber worth keeping......!!!!!!!!!
