Justin and Antonio arrived on time, and were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable! I own an older home and needed some plumbing maintenance which they performed expertly. I also had a new garbage disposal installed. Despite my sink not being properly sized for a standard garbage disposal, Justin worked diligently to trim the pieces so they would fit properly. He went above and beyond to make it work! Antonio also worked hard to install a hose bib for my back porch to make it easier to water my plants. I appreciate all the great work that was done and highly recommend this business.

So we made an appointment to have a repair done, you know how regular working people take days off for stuff like this. Guy shows up early (30m).. good but I was still getting my kids breakfast, however its not that. The guy looks at my jacuzzi tub and says he's probably going to have to break something to fix it. Of course more money, but not mad about that.. he goes on to tell me that he will have to come back another day.. I made an APPOINTMENT to have this fixed, we explained what we needed and was told it would be done.. mad about this, where's my time that I have an APPOINTMENT for? Then he proceeds to tell me I cant carry all the faucets and valves in my van.. really??? What about ace, lowes, home depot? He says it's a waste of time to go there.. IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOU. Smart comments and no results.. get your plumbing needs done by someone else.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Slow, unreliable, and weak at keeping me updated on status of service. Company installed a new AC system 3 years ago. It's broken (again).

Jeremy and Justin installed a new AC unit in our home today. Not only were they both professional and pleasant but worked diligently and tirelessly in the heat to complete the job. They both made sure we understood what was done, how to work the system and were attentive to any potential concerns. We're very satisfied with the service we've received and happy to have called this company.

Romo's plumbing provided professional high quality low no upcharge pricing in a timely manner. They were knowledgeable efficient and took the time to explain why I was having plumbing problems. I was completely satisfied. Highly recommended them.

This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. They have also come out to my home for a clogged drain and helped us move our laundry room inside our home instead of in the garage. This is a great company no matter what your need.

We had a a serious backup under our kitchen sink due to years of buildup, called Charles Thompson of Plumbgreat, and he literally came out that evening, ground out all the pipes clean in about 30 mins, put all the piping I tore out back in nice n tight, and now it drains perfectly! Great price to do a great job on the fly! Thank you, Mr. Thompson!

Called and was told 6 different times of day that someone for my emergency service would call and be there but no call no show is what I got. I finally cancelled the call and went with another company. I have never personally given a bad review until now for any company.
