They showed up when they said they would. They stayed until they found my leak. The price was fixed, so it was a win for me.m

We called Leland because we used a leak detection company and they said that we had a hot water leak underneath the floor between the dishwasher and the cabinet.
Steve came out and pulled out the dishwasher and drilled a hole only to find no leak. Steve was amazing, he was able to find the leak, he was methodical and conscience of the fact that he would be as gentle on our home as possible. We were amazed how efficient and calm Steve was, he listened to us and waited patiently while we filled him in on some of the past work that was done on the house. This is why he found the leak, in spite of the fact that we called the leak guy back out when Steve was there, and the leak guy told Steve it was under the cabinets. I will tell my friends and family to use this service and I will call them again for all my plumbing needs! We all need our go to trusting plumber and this company is top notch. Oh and they are fair and their fees are more than reasonable. Thank you Leland and Steve!

Zak was our plumber, nothing but good things to say about him, very personable. Repaired loose toilet, installed new faucet, new washing machine hoses, and gave me a hand with another project for a few minutes. Other quote was 3 times as much. Great job by Slaughter! Very Happy.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Have used them in the past with great results. Brayne was the Tech. Notified me early and got here early! Brought me to the units to explain great detail and show me exactly what he found. Not just telling me. Loved that! We were considering the need for replacement. So he contacted Office and Alex was able to meet with me and give me many options for New. As well as great financing options if interested. Couldn’t have asked for better group! Thank you for everything….

He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about everything that was going wrong and made great suggestions and even made sure that I was 100% satisfied with his work. We had an emergency plumbing situation and they were able to have a service team out within an hour! Zach and Joey were very professional, thorough and courteous throughout the entire service call! Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

Charles is amazing!!! He does a great job for a very reasonable price. Not only that, but he is very honest about whether something needs to be done and doesn’t push any unnecessary services. We have really appreciated how trustworthy he is and use him for any plumbing issue we have.

Received an estimate for various plumbing repairs around the house. John took his time to look at every concern we had and we did not feel he rushed us. The estimate we received was $1000 less than a previous estimate, although we decided to wait on the unnecessary repairs. I will call and request John for repairs in the future.
