Out of four other companies this was the one! My hot water heater broke and knowing it was over ten years old I knew I would need to replace it. The receptionist was very kind and went waayyy above and beyond helping me get an accurate install fee. Chris came out ahead of schedule and was efficient and kind as well. So very happy. Thank you!

Slaughter said that they will never charge you twice. Well, they came out to snake a drain, we thought the problem was fixed. One week later we still had a backup, so they came back out and recommended that we get a camera to look in the drain. Camera guy came out, looked at our toilet and said we need to replace it. Now we have a $350 bill for a camera guy that was completely unnecessary if slaughter had sent out a competent plumber in the first place who would've told me that all I needed was a new toilet. I replaced the toilet myself and everything is fine. Today I get the $350 bill from slaughter, who did nothing to even help me, and this is on top of an initial bill for the first plumber. I will not use them again.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Dishwasher leak repaired! Very efficient and polite!

Performance has provided us with excellent on time and knowledgeable service that we have come to expect. We have now used all three services that they provide: HVAC, ELECTRICAL and Plumbing.Jeremy and Alton was supposed to arrive at about 10am to install our new AC. They arrived at 9am( wow ahead of schedule). These guys are real pros: they just needed to know where the old unit was and they went right to work. Very clean and very efficient. Each knows his job. One worked inside and one worked outside and then worked both together to finish up. The installation looks and runs great. You don't get this level of craftsmanship when work is subcontracted out. Any and all questions that we had were answered immediately and very thoroughly. Performance has again met and exceeded our expectations. Forgot to mention that it all started with Nate our comfort adviser. He was the one who laid out all of the options that were available to us and helped us to make the right choice. This is a great team.Thanks Performance.Crazy thing happened: thermostat said cool, but heat was coming out. Called Performance and service tech Robert came right out and found the problem and it was fixed in minutes.Robert explained the 2 wires had come close to one another and caused it to malfunction. But it was an easy fix and not a problem with the system. More great service this time it was electrical. Drain pump on old AC was hard wired and not up to code. Electrician Ray came out ahead of schedule and was able to fix the problem to bring it up to code. Excellent job!!!8/252021We noticed some water coming from the condenser. Called Performance to ask if that was something of concern. They sent Casey out to check it within hours. We just expected an answer over the phone. Casey checked the system and reasured us that it was a normal occurrence in hot and humid weather.Thanks Performance AGAIN for great service!!

This is a great medium sized company - small enough to pay attention to the customer yet big enough to have the resources to do a complex project in a timely manner. For 5 - 10 years now we've used them for mostly plumbing type issues and they did a fine job on all of them.

My husband and I are so glad we hired Charles! We were under a lot of stress to get some plumbing issues resolved before selling our house, and he was prompt, courteous, personable and charged a fair price for honest, quality work. I won't even consider hiring another plumber after this A++ experience.

We were doing an update to a townhouse and needed a new water heater, kitchen sink & faucet, dishwasher, and 2 bathroom sinks & faucets. Mike arrived at the appointed time and performed all the service in a timely and professional manner. Several weeks later we had Mike come to our home and install shut off valves to our washing machine, again he was on time and performed the services in a friendly, proficient manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing issues and is looking for fair / reasonable prices with excellent service.

Prompt response to my call. However, the plumber that came was in a hurry, it was at the end of the day and resolved the problem only temporarily. I believe he overcharged for the limited amount of work he did. He didn't realize he was working outside my work window when he took a call where someone was rushing him to finish.
