Tyler came out to assess water leak stemming from outside water spigot. He did pressurized water test to make sure there were not any other leaks in our pipes. Would 100% recommend this company! Professional, quick at responding to calls, on time!

Great experience! Attentive, thoughtful, careful, ... and yes clean (and covid careful). I'm new to am old house so he fixed my bizarre fixture leak, then stayed a few minutes to show me the main shutoff & city meter, trace the pipes and verify the layout was both code and a justified retrofit years ago. We have more work coming ... will certainly use Leland. You should too.

No need to call any other plumbing service to compare. I can't say enough good things about John and Slaughter Plumbing. They are now on my speed-dial list. The attention to detail, professionalism, kindness, and willingness to listen and help are beyond reproach. John even spent some time with my dogs so they were comfortable with him being in the house. Great service and great value!

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Donny V came out to my Property on 12/08/2021 and literally saved the day! Earlier that day we had a leak detector come out and find the source of our problem, but I couldn't manage to find a plumber even after explaining that I had free standing water in my kitchen and could not use my sink. Fast of Florida was able to send someone out within a few hours. Donny was quick with the repair, knowledgeable, but also had a great attitude. He seemed competent and confident in his work. We had a a serious backup under our kitchen sink due to years of buildup, called Charles Thompson of Plumbgreat, and he literally came out that evening, ground out all the pipes clean in about 30 mins, put all the piping I tore out back in nice n tight, and now it drains perfectly! Great price to do a great job on the fly! Thank you, Mr. Thompson!
