Best Toilet Repair in Saint Petersburg FL

Jeremy and John came out the day after Christmas because I suspected a possible moisture issue that had bothered me for over a year. I’m a research queen and went on line and found their positive reviews so i called them. They had a break in between jobs and were at my house within 45 minutes! Fortunately there was not a leak but some other issues that were most likely caused when the floor was installed. Another issue I had that i mentioned to them was our master shower would have 2 inches of standing water for the first few minutes while showering then it would drain. We had 2 other plumbers out last year that snaked it and couldn’t fix it or explain why it was doing that. Jeremey and John told me that there used to be a tub in that location and the piping was not updated correctly when it was remodeled prior to us buying the home. These guys are honest, incredibly reasonably priced and super knowledgeable. I would use them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them any day of the weekend. We called Leland because we used a leak detection company and they said that we had a hot water leak underneath the floor between the dishwasher and the cabinet.
Steve came out and pulled out the dishwasher and drilled a hole only to find no leak. Steve was amazing, he was able to find the leak, he was methodical and conscience of the fact that he would be as gentle on our home as possible. We were amazed how efficient and calm Steve was, he listened to us and waited patiently while we filled him in on some of the past work that was done on the house. This is why he found the leak, in spite of the fact that we called the leak guy back out when Steve was there, and the leak guy told Steve it was under the cabinets. I will tell my friends and family to use this service and I will call them again for all my plumbing needs! We all need our go to trusting plumber and this company is top notch. Oh and they are fair and their fees are more than reasonable. Thank you Leland and Steve!

Jajuan called 30 minutes before his arrival and was very professional during his service call. He gave me good advice on my cooling system and was very pleasant to talk with.

Our heating/ AC system expired last night. Called the best as we have used Performance Air since 2013. They have a great track record and proved it once again. Their quick and positive response allowed for a timely decision to replace a 11 year old system.within an acceptable time frame. Chris Garris ( comfort specialist) performed as a super professional. He evaluated the situation and discussed options to consider. No pressure, only information to consider in making our final decision. Once the decision was made the schedule was agreed to. The complete work and details including permits and final inspection all handled by Performance Air. What a stress relief. I give them a 9+. (No one is perfect), thank you Chris Garris.

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

We had a plumbing issue where the roots seemed to be intruding into the main pipe and it caused the plumbing to back up. I called Charles and he came within a few hours and went right to work. He was honest, didn’t overcharge and was very responsive. I’ll be calling him again if we need a plumber.
