I called I Find Leaks (Ifindleaks) late on Friday and they came out next day on a Saturday with no extra weekend charge. After Sonny showed up he was able to find my problem within minutes and was able to guide me in the right direction to make this difficult process easy! The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

My installer was on time, worked continuously, and kept the public areas of my condo very neat. Would definitely recommend!

Love this company. Great customer service especially when performing the system check. My system is over 2 years old. This company installed it. I pay a monthly fee and they come 2 times per year to perform the maintenance. I am about to hire them to do the duct work and environmental add ons.

Quick response to my emergency. My water heater broke and other companies were giving me ridiculous prices. D Plumbing Solutions gave me a reasonable price and was done in half the time. I called back for a leak I had as well. Overall, great quality of work!

This is by far the worst plumbing company I have ever seen. They were called 3 times to our apartment these past two days, worked 3 times, and solved absolutely nothing. Now we have to call them again because the problem persists. They were supposed to fix some clogged pipes, but we had to call them again and again because they leave and the toilets are still clogged and sewage water is flooding our bathtub. This is ridiculous. I wonder if they expect to be paid for this poor job they are doing. Awful. Stay away.

I don't know of a better plumber in the Tampa Bay area. They kept my informed of my problem and I knew the price up front.

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. I had scheduled a different vendor to address my issue but after 3 cancelled appointments I contacted Charles. Charles was quick to respond, arrive, provide a quote and get the job done. Charles even recommended that I not perform maintenance that was suggested by the first vendor and explained to me why he was making the suggestion. Charles is now my go to guy for all my plumbing needs.

Michael is the best plummer I've dealt with in the 15 years I've been in St Pete. He's honest, very dependable and knows what he is doing. In an area full of con men and rip off artists, Michael is a breath of fresh air. His work is on point and fair priced. I will continue to use and recommend him for all plumming matters. (now if I could only find an electrician as good) ⭐⭐⭐⭐ and 👍👍.
