I would highly recommend Jared, the owner of FlowPros Plumbing, to anyone with a plumbing issue.

He has been very responsive, professional (wore a mask and booties to protect us and our home) and patient. He also showed up when schedueld, worked quickly and skillfully, refered other excellent service providers required to uncover our issue and has coordinated with them to better insure we're getting good quality work at a fair price. Our project isn't finished yet and we'll need Jared to come back to work on getting the bathroom finished but, so far, he has gone the extra mile to help us.

DEATAILS: We had a bad slab leak under our shower pan that was causing water and moisture incursion affecting the slab and walls in and around the bathroom. This fix required demo of our shower and parts of surrounding tile floor. Jared patiently explained the process for detecting, uncovering and fixing the leak and helped us navigate the remediation process and insurance requirements. He made himself available for questions and took extra time to coordinate with the remediation company. After shower demo and remediation, he pierced the slab in the least damaging way possible (concrete saw) and replaced a large section of compromized copper supply pipe and the drain P trap. his repair is holding with no sign of further moisture incursion. We're awaiting processing of the insurance claim to complete the shower install and surrounding refinishing. Jared said in our last exchange, let me know how we can help and we will. These guys were great. Even when issues arose that were not expected, they stayed within a reasonable quote that was far under that of what others would have been. They cleared a clog, installed a clean-out and acid washed out pipes so that we have adequate drainage again. Extremely professional group of people. I plan on using them again for any future needs.

SCOTTO gets an A+ in my book! We had a chronic problem with a stoppage between the dishwasher and sink, which stymied 2 previous plumbing companies, as the problem reoccurred almost immediately after each “fix”. This left us “camping out” with paper plates and plastic silverware to the max, since the dishwasher was not usable. I called SCOTTO and they had a plumber out first thing the next day. Nick demonstrated a strong work ethic and great job knowledge. He showed us the picture of a large plug that had built up over many years, removed it, and installed a biotic to finish dissolving a thin coating of hardened sludge on the pipe. The drain is now working better than It has in a long time, and the price was very reasonable! I would not hesitate to use them for any plumbing need!

Nick was great! SO knowledgable, and listened to all I knew about recent experiences with water. Traced the excessive use very quickly. We also used the City of Gulfport's hourly usage data to know what kind of leak we were dealing with.
His availability and response were super. Glad we connected, and I have his number now ;)

Bourgoing Plumbing replaced my water heater. They were reasonably priced, very efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again!

When I called at 8 pm he actually answered the phone. I had a leak in a water pipe in the slab of house. He was able to come the next day. His fee was very reasonable and he was on top of the leak within a hour. Easy guy to work with and was very willing to do what ever it took to find the leak. Thanks leak snoops.
