Sonny is the man! He arrived on time and quickly found the location of the leak. He hung around till we exposed it so we could lay eyes on it and be sure we were at the right location. Highly reccomended.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

We contacted Bourgoing Plumbing frantically inquiring about getting a brand new washing machine hook-up (cold water, hot water & drain) after quickly discovering that our brand new HE washing machine just wasn’t going to work with the current hook-ups in our old St. Pete home. Tomily got us on the schedule ASAP and Joseph came out and took a look at everything within 48 hours. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. Within the next couple of days, Joseph and Carlos returned to our home to get the job done and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It turned out not to be the easiest of jobs but they got it done quickly, efficiently and with no complaints.
