The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

It is so hard to find a great plumber and one that comes quickly. We called McGill and Josh came the same day, fixed our stopped up kitchen sink and worked quickly to finish to job in 1 hour to keep the bill down. Josh is a great guy, hard worker and we will definitely call McGill again!!!

I had a plumbing issue just a few hours before renters arrived to stay at my rental property. It was a Saturday morning. I had to call around, but Roto Rooter was the only company that could make it out within a couple hours and without a service fee and no extra weekend fees or after hours fees. Omar and Scott both helped resolve my issue timely, and they were both very polite. I've already recommended them several times since this experience and will continue to use them for my future plumbing needs.

Called to have a plumber come out to fix tub faucet. Was told after 4 p.m. for arrival. Called to check status as I heard nothing and kept getting told that plumber would show up. Was told that I was next in line at 6:45 p.m. and it should take about an hour. Never ended up hearing anything from them at all and no one showed up or called. Do not go with this company unless you want to waste your time with someone that does not value their customers.

Update to reply by owner for updated information: I did call back this morning in order to inquire about why no one showed up. The same woman that kept promising to me that they would come yesterday with an annoyed tone in her voice answered and told me well I was going to give you a $100 credit but I saw your review, so not sure if I can. I inquired about setting something up with this and due to my schedule it was going to have to be later again. Because it started to feel like a similar setup to yesterday I was a bit skeptical, so I stated the desire to just make a few calls first and then to call back and let them know. The woman stated sir if you call other businesses I will not put you on the schedule. I reiterated desire to just determine how I wanted to proceed by making some calls first and to let them know and she immediately hung up on me. This is a testament to how customer service is not valued here and how once again my time was wasted. Instead of working with me to help make it right they just continued to be rude and disrespectful.
