The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Romo was very polite, professional, and reasonably priced along with having the knowledge to do the job right. His guys were polite and professional as well. They respected our job site and were very helpful in answering our questions. Zach and his Co worker worked late in order to finish our job in the time promised. We will definitely be using them again!
