I like to DIY. My toilet had a leak. I bought new parts and set out to fix the leak. I got to the last nut and bolt which would have allowed me to replace the necessary parts. The nut and bolt were so corroded that nothing I tried would separate the two. I gave up and called Slaughter Plumbing. Jeff came to my house the same day. He couldn't separate them either (that made me feel better about my skills.) He pulled out a hack saw and cut them apart without scratching my toilet. Then he installed my new parts within minutes. Slaughter Plumbing hired Jeff. Jeff rescued me and did not make me feel bad about my not being able to handle that bolt myself. Thank you for the fast and friendly service.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

I'm retracting my previous review, since just recently I had them come out on a plumbing call, not only did they send technicians that did not have any of the required equipment, but they used my tools and wet vac. 4hrs later they were unavailable to get the job done because they didn't have the proper equipment. The manager was supposed to calle back, after I've left several messages and here we are almost 2 weeks later and not one call back. I'm very disappointed in this company. I thought they were different from the rest... apparently not!

An awesome experience with Charles Thompson. We had a Master Bathroom Sink Galvanized Water discharge pipe which had rotted away due to age. Hard to get to.. within cinder block wall. Big Dirty Job on an extremely hot day. Charles was prompt to respond to our request, was very reasonable on price, was courteous and took care of our home and very pleasant to communicate with. Had our disposal go out late at night and called for a plumber to come out next day. Patrick came out and fixed our broken disposal within 30 minutes. Was professional, quick and no mess left behind. I would use every day plumber again for any type of plumbing needs we have in the future .

Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job. Awesome experience all around. Had a pipe burst under my shower Saturday morning. They recommended a leak detector, and after he pinpointed the leak, they came out. Did a walk through gave me some options and I opted for a repipe (old house with original pipes). Estimate was spot on, they did minimal damage to to walls. Nice guys and they even cancelled a commercial job they had lined up to make sure my job was done. I'd call them again, but they did such a good job I doubt I'll need too. Don't hesitate to call, especially in an emergency, they are honest, upfront and do solid work.
