It's unfortunate that I cannot leave less then one star. My toilet was backing up, and toilet water was filling up into my tub. A man came out and snaked the the main drain. He charged me $208. A week later the toilet and tub started bubbling up again. I called them back out a second time. The man said that nothing appeared to be wrong, that pressure may have built up and then subsided but charged me $50.00 for the 15 minutes of his time just the same. Tonight at 3 am the bath tub started bubbling up and the toilet over flowed with sewage water all over the bathroom, kitchen, and hallway. I called slaughter who advertises 24 hour service. When the plumber called me back and asked me what was going on he cut me off, and said, yeah, yeah do you want me to come out there or not? I said you asked me what was happening I'm just trying to tell you. He said you called me at 3 am do you want me out there or not? I said no thank you and called someone else. In the grand scheme of things $250 is not a whole lot of money, but when you paid it for nothing its a lot. When you called them out twice willing to pay whatever you needed to to make sure nasty toilet water wouldn't be backing up into your home in the middle of the night $250 is an awful lot. It's surely an awful lot for someone who advertises 24 hour service to be rude to you when you are in a panic because raw sewage is backing up into your home where you, your kids, and pets live when you have already called them out twice during perfectly reasonable hours of the day to FIX the problem.

I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. Very pleased w Austin . He was professional knowledgeable and knew exactly the problem when he walked in and went right to work to fix it. It was a huge job. I want to thank him for checking everything and left nothing unturned. Happy I choose this company and will choose Austin again

Our AC went out yesterday on a very warm south Florida day. The first two places I called didn't answer the phone. I found FAST of Florida on Google and gave them a call. The lady who answered my call was very polite and said they would have someone out before 5pm. Although it was a bit after 5 by the time they got here, the serviceman (Kevin F.) was very professional and knowledgeable. He narrowed down our issue quickly and identified and fixed the problem within the first 30 minutes he was here. AC fixed and house cooling again at a very reasonable $80. :)

Salesman can talk a flea off a dog qouted me 10 grand for 2.5 ton unit my house needs 3.5 ton . Also said i needed new panel box the box he looked at was inside the AC panel is outside.These crooks do your work go elsewhere .Anyway got my new system $3 grand less with no add ons or screw job

Things always seem to fall apart at my elderly father's house between my visits and this time was no exception over the Thanksgiving holiday in 2019. A new leak had sprung up under the kitchen sink and father's efforts to fix only made things worse. I called Romo based on his proximity and ratings - he did not disappoint. Though he was swamped over the holiday, he got someone out within two days (given the non emergency nature of things). In addition to the leak, his team took care of a long laundry list of related needs - a second leak in the guestroom bathroom, changing of outdoor spigots and washer connections, and replacement of piping that had been in place since the house was built in 1969. Romo was VERY responsive, honest in his assessment that needed to be done and he even installed a super high quality filter at no additional cost. I have him on speed dial for the inevitable next time his services will be required.

I have used Stan for multiple plumbing fixes in the house ranging from repairing a hot line leak under the slab to simple stuff like replacing the float mechanism in our guest bathroom toilet. It’s an older house so things are starting to fail and Stan has been there to keep things “afloat” as it were.

His latest work was installing a new hot water heater in our house. He spent longer than planned but made sure it was done right. It came out looking great and works great! Nothing more I can ask for.

After a terrible experience with another plumbing company, I was referred to Advanced Plumbing Commercial & Residential for a second opinion. Frank came out and explained, in layman's terms, what the problem was, what the resolution would be, how long it would take and the estimated cost. He was very professional, polite and diligent. My problem was fixed in less than 1 hour! I highly recommend their services. Kudos to Frank and Advanced Plumbing Commercial & Residential for a job well done!!

They charge me $29 just to come out and look at things and try to charge me twice much is what it cost to have the drain unclogged

We utilized Midway for their plumbing services. We needed a new kitchen faucet installed and a new vanity/sink/faucet installed. This sounds fairly simple and straight forward, but the fact that our house is 72 years old caused some problems we had not anticipated.Gerald arrived on time and was friendly and completely professional. Due to the age of the house he ran into a few difficulties and set backs. Gerald's extensive knowledge and attention to detail allowed the project to still be completed in one day. My husband and I are very pleased with the final product and will definitely contact Midway for future plumbing services needed.

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.
