I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. Very pleased w Austin . He was professional knowledgeable and knew exactly the problem when he walked in and went right to work to fix it. It was a huge job. I want to thank him for checking everything and left nothing unturned. Happy I choose this company and will choose Austin again

They responded quickly and got the job done, but they're very expensive. They charge by the job, not by the hour, and after a 40 minute visit (they sent 2 guys) to fix a toilet leak and unclog a sink drain, we had a $350 bill.

Romo, Malone, and the whole team were super kind and responsive to help me with a plumbing issue in a house I purchased recently. Their price was fair, they communicated clearly about any changes to the estimated price, and their work was completed efficiently and quickly. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them if I have any plumbing issues!

I called in the morning having had to shut water off to the house. Phillip was here before 10am. Fixed it immediately, explained why current setup was advantageous. He was friendly, professional and Tampa Bay Plumbing will be my go to plumbers. They were referred by a friend who does extensive research to find good people and he was spot on!

I had a leaking outside faucet bib. They came once to provide an estimate. When I went with them, they scheduled the Monday after the weekend. They arrived on-time and did the work quickly and it looked good. They kept me informed and I’m happy with the result.

Nikki and crew were fantastic! They found the problem, fixed it, jetted the lines and built a new clean out in the yard and all during Tropical Storm ETA. They were courteous and always wore booties and masks inside my home. The price was actually below what I anticipated for all of the work they did. They are simply the BEST!!!

Austin & Jake fixed this issue in a flash. They were on time, polite, and knew what they were doing. Will definitely use them again!
