Jared was very responsive and able to come out and check our pressure issue the next day. Reasonably priced compared to other local plumbers, will definitely call him for any plumbing needs.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had an emergency plumbing issue the night before Thanksgiving and had water shooting out of an irrigation pipe outside our house, had a valve go out on a shower knob and the water wouldn't turn off so we had to shut the water off to the entire house. We called upwards of 15 plumbers and either couldn't get ahold of anyone or no one was able to come out that night. I called Paradise Bay and a lady immediately answered my call, took down my name, number, and issue and informed me that Joe would contact me shortly. Not 5 mins later Joe called to confirm the issue and came over. He was polite, honest, on time, and very knowledgeable. He fixed both issues within the hour. Can't say enough good things about Joe and Paradise Bay, especially for coming out the night before Thanksgiving.

Justin was recommended so I contacted him for an estimate to install a tankless water heater. He came by quickly and then we scheduled a time for the install. He was on time, prepared with all materials, and installed the heater professionally. We tested it and ran perfectly. Thank you very much for your help!
