Andy works very organized so that he moves through the plumbing tasks in a way that allows him to continue moving forward on the task yet back checking to confirm a good pipe seal without wasting time or closing up the wall or cabinet too soon.

John and Jim originally came to diagnose and search for a clogged drain in an old St Petersburg house. They arrived as advertised, went right to work. They explained each step of the process. After determining the cause, they set up a second visit to re-plumb and reroute the original sewer line. Again on the second visit they arrived on time and went tight to work. It took both of them most of the day to complete the work. They kept me informed of the progress and showed me the new drain lines etc. before covering them and replacing the sidewalk pavers that needed to be removed to gain access. Professional, pleasant , courteous. I would recommend them highly and will definitely use them when another need arises.

Tyler was awesome. He was very efficient. He handled my problem super professionally.He took the time to answer all of my questions. I was so impressed by him and this company. I cannot get over what a great experience it was - worth 10 stars to say the least. These folks are most definitely the ones to call. The work was done quickly and to code. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately when placing some fittings in the bathroom instead of using existing drywall holes they chose to make new ones. Not just two new ones but a bunch of them. Guess since they don't repair the walls after making the holes they didn't much care. I also had asked to keep my old hot water heater. In response and for seemingly no reason I could gather a hammer seemed to be used to break off the lower drain rendering it as scrap. This was after it had beenbremoved from the house and was just sitting outside.Maybe that's what they want, to use it for scrap. Considering they were told I wanted it I find it a little disappointing that they would have done that.

Sunday afternoon…4:00pm…knock on the door and my neighbor tells me that there is water leaking on the side of the house. The feed to the water softer has broken. I called Mr Rooter and they were there by 5:20 and had the problem totally fixed by 6:00pm. Jon was great and I would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I had a slab leak and had to have a complete repipe done. I had to go back and forth with my homeowners insurance for three months before we reached a settlement. Josh was generous enough to understand what a frustrating situation I was in and promptly completed the repipe. My situation was unusual and they were willing to work with me to restore water to my home. They were kind, professional, punctual, and put me at ease after a long, stressful time. Don't use big corporations! Support these local guys and you will not be disappointed!
