We called in the morning that our Hot Water Tank was leaking. by Mid afternoon they arrived with a new tank, installed it and finished with in a couple of hours. The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Herman solved the malfunction of the air conditioner very quickly. Before arriving at the condo he contacted me and after the inspection he explained very clearly what problem he found and what the repair entails. Our heating/ AC system expired last night. Called the best as we have used Performance Air since 2013. They have a great track record and proved it once again. Their quick and positive response allowed for a timely decision to replace a 11 year old system.within an acceptable time frame. Chris Garris ( comfort specialist) performed as a super professional. He evaluated the situation and discussed options to consider. No pressure, only information to consider in making our final decision. Once the decision was made the schedule was agreed to. The complete work and details including permits and final inspection all handled by Performance Air. What a stress relief. I give them a 9+. (No one is perfect), thank you Chris Garris.

Romo came out to my office to repair a urinal. He was punctual, friendly, informative, and honest. He knocked out the repair quickly and thoroughly explained to me the issue as well as the work performed to resolve it.

This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. They have also come out to my home for a clogged drain and helped us move our laundry room inside our home instead of in the garage. This is a great company no matter what your need.

An awesome experience with Charles Thompson. We had a Master Bathroom Sink Galvanized Water discharge pipe which had rotted away due to age. Hard to get to.. within cinder block wall. Big Dirty Job on an extremely hot day. Charles was prompt to respond to our request, was very reasonable on price, was courteous and took care of our home and very pleasant to communicate with. I called Michael for a leaking pipe, and then I had him look at 2 other areas as well. The leaky pipe he resolved quickly and neatly, and he gave me advice on the other 2 questions I had. I just moved to a new house and I'm new to the area. My garbage disposal broke. They came promptly and were very professional. Found out there was broken glass in the disposal. Cleaned it out and showed me how to reset it next time myself. Great service and informative. Highly recommend.
