I have been a long time customer, but not any more. They came out to repair a small leak in my water pipe. In the process my water softener was moved to fix the pipe. The water softener previously worked perfectly. After the plumber left, the tap water turned orange. The orange was the resin from the once perfect water softener. It got throughout our water system and clogged the faucets. Slaughter sent out plumbers on 2 occasions. None helped other then to say my faucets were 'Off Brand' (they are rubi). Their only solution was to charge me up to $1200 to replace my water softener. The last plumber to visit said that he would have the owner give me a call which never happened. SO BEWARE!!!

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. Can never get anyone to answer or a call back???? Are they still in business? Finally talked to someone and she was extremely rude and didn't listen to what I was asking her and decided today she wasn't interested. The guy who does the plumbing is very nice, I've talked to him before but the lady who does the phone needs a lesson in customer service. She lost a few hundred dollars and future business.
