Best Repair/Replace Plumbing Fixtures in Saint Petersburg FL

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Romo walked me through the issue I was facing and told me how I could fix it myself because he couldn’t come out until next week. His information help me solve the solution on my own. I’ll definitely think about Romo Plumbing the next time we have a plumbing need.

This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. They have also come out to my home for a clogged drain and helped us move our laundry room inside our home instead of in the garage. This is a great company no matter what your need.

I called to set up a service call at 9AM to have a Diverter shower valve replaced. The service tech came at 10:45 which was unbelievable. I was expecting a late afternoon appointment. Jose was very professional and nice. He replaced the shower faucet/Diverter and did a very neat job. Plus, the cost was more than reasonable. I used Home Project Pro to install 2 new bathroom exhaust fans vented thru the roof, run a new outside GFCI electric circuit and receptacle, and to reinstall some eave soffit that fell down. Mike did an excellent job!! He was very responsive in reviewing work scope, providing a detail estimate, and scheduling the work. He was very personable and professional and his work was very high quality. At job completion he provided a detail man hour / material invoice which was slightly less than the original estimate.I’d highly recommend his services to anyone looking for handyman services.

I own a rental property in St Pete, FL and I contacted this company back in April 2018 because the kitchen faucet was leaking. They said they would go out and check it, but I never received any calls from them to follow up. Shortly afterwards, I got an invoice in the mail for $573!!!

I called my tenant to see if he knew what was going on and he informed me that Advanced Plumbing came out and installed a new faucet without my authorization. Not only that, but they didn't even install it properly because it wouldn't fully swing over the sink!!

I contacted the company to let them know that they screwed up my kitchen faucet and that I needed an explanation for the absurd invoice I received. I later got a call from Rick (CFO) who explained to me that the technician, took it upon himself to buy a $250 faucet from Home Depot and install it in my rental property! The technician also charged me for the time he spent shopping at Home Depot and grabbing his lunch....then he doubled that amount to charge me for his helper.
During that conversation, Rick apologized for all the discrepancies, said he would get the labor charges fixed and that he just needed to find out the situation with the faucet before he could resolve my invoice discrepancies.

Here we are 4 months later and they just finally got out to fix the faucet (only found out because my tenant told me), but still no word about the invoice. I've emailed Rick and their invoicing office every few weeks for the past several months and they have made zero effort to resolve this issue. The only correspondence I've gotten from them lately is an email telling me that I am 90+ days late paying the invoice!...are you serious??!!!!

All I can say is, this better not go to collections and damage my credit report as a result of their incompetence!
