Best Remodeling Plumbing in Saint Petersburg FL

Slaughter Plumbing replaced a hot water heater on my third floor with total ease. I had some concerns because I have white carpet on that floor; however, they were in and out and you never knew they were there. They were on time, courtious, no after problems from work performed, and very clean. Would definately recomend

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

We had a great experience with this company. Everyone was very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. Although we paid more than other company estimates, it was well worth it. We had high expectations and they were exceeded. Highly recommend. We had recessed lighting added and our electric panel updated to current code in our St. Pete condo. Very happy.

Explained to Romo over the phone what my issue was.
he asked me to send a picture to him, which I did.
he called me back and explained what the problem was. He offered to fix it, but explained It was a very simple fix with a $2 part I could get at Home Depot. I did get the part and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Romo was so helpful and did not take advantage of the fact that I did not know how easy the fix was. I will absolutely call Romo next time I need a plumber!

They are the best. Spoke to both Rachel and Amanda who were wonderful, great customer service. They were very fast and efficient and able to fix our issue in the master bathroom. Will highly recommend this company!!!!

I have worked for Cornerstone Plumbing for over 3 years, most of the employees are guys who have been here over 10 years. That speaks volumes about the company in my book. I have been a plumber in Florida for over 35 years, and even owned and operated my own local plumbing company and this company represents what I think a professional plumbing company should look and feel like. Having worked at quite a few shops, the care that is put into the customer satisfaction is unparalleled with any other plumbing company I have worked for or heard about.
This company wants to be your plumber from now on, as opposed to some companies who want the big money real fast, customer service be damned.
The care that is put towards training employees is like nothing I have experienced, this company actually prides itself in training and promoting its employees and sends them to plumbing school, at the companies expense. What companies would dare do that in todays atmosphere?
I truly believe I have found a home, a place I am PROUD to say I work at and even prouder to say I represent.

Performance comes through again...... these guy just keep amazing me--they have it all figured out. Sean L came by to check a clogged drain--found it was actually a screen in a sink-- told me just pull it out and clean--instantly the drain was fine he made a few suggestions about getting a new toilet as the household is getting up in age and we could use something that made it easier to get up and down without too much effort. I am thinking we will do that when the virus quarantine is lifted--5 stars guys you earn it every time.

Mike was very professional and timely. His work was excellent quality and he went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

NO SATISFACTION AFTER BAD HEATER (SELECTED BY THEM) WAS INSTALLED. SEVERAL PLUMBERS CAME FOR FEW MINS., 3 WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT IT.....JUST MADE RIDICULUS EXCUSES & LEFT. STILL WAITING FOR MGR., A NO-SHOW WHO WAS TO DELIGHT US WITH A SATIFACTORY REMEDY! NEVER EVEN CALLED TO APOLOGIZE. WHAT WOULD THE PURPOSE BE OF US TRYING TO GET HELP FOR WARANTEED UNIT IF NOTHING WRONG WITH IT? OUR REPLACED 7-YR OLD UNIT WORKED UNBELIEVABLY BETTER!
