The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Brian K. did a fabulous job replacing our leaky bathroom faucet! He had great communication, letting us know he was on his way. He was polite.

These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.

Curtis was my service tech and he called at 5pm to say he was coming I know he would have rather to go home on a Friday but he came worked hard fixed my new unit as it was 86 degrees in here 24 hours later it's still cold so we shall see if he cleared up what wasn't properly installed in the first place

I was looking for a handyman to install my tv mount and I came across Mike Home Project Pro, I contacted him and he responded in a timely manner. He asked what I needed done I explained what I needed he gave me a quote and we scheduled the job. I will be using him in the future great work. On Friday 05-17-19 , I take my day off to take care my kitchen sink problem. At 11am I called to make an appoinment, the representative was pick up a phone call and set window time is 11-2pm.. I waiting until 2pm but no one call me. I called back, they said that they I coming right now. I waitng for one hour but no show -no call. I called again they said that they are on the way.. I have to cancel because can't anymore.
Please respect your customer time and calling immediatly to asking or update window time anytime if you missing information or you can't come.

Service was great. Plumber arrived around 12 pm (without courtesy call, as was arranged), I was told he will arrive between 2 and 5 pm. Good thing-I was home. Plumber fixed everything fast, very professional and price was as I told it would be on the phone when I was making an appointment.
