Slaughter Plumbing replaced a hot water heater on my third floor with total ease. I had some concerns because I have white carpet on that floor; however, they were in and out and you never knew they were there. They were on time, courtious, no after problems from work performed, and very clean. Would definately recomend

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Joe was our technician for our last service. Our system started making a noise. When Joe came in he seemed to know exactly what to fix, which was the switch that had gotten water in it. Joe cleaned the drain and switch area, checked the condenser and all was good to go!

This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result.
