What a great company Jeremy was our tech and he was great and fast we couldn’t be happier thanks guys !

Required removal and replacement of a bathtub drain before and after tub resurfacing. A major concern was possible breakage of inaccessible piping beyond the tub. Gene was able to navigate this concern. He showed up when requested, he was very professional and pricing was acceptable.

Steve came over quickly and found my leak. Was professional...and funny!

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

If you're looking for an honest plumber with integrity............keep looking, it ain't these guys. They quoted me $359 to install a water heater I had purchased at Home Depot. I asked if they could pick it up on their way here(5.4 miles). They said sure, no problem. Arriving at my house he (his name was Matt) told me there was a $115 delivery fee. Hmmmm, no mention of that when the price was quoted or when I asked if they could pick it up. A short time later he told me he couldn't install it because of the wiring (same wiring that has been o.k. for the 32 years and 3 previous water heaters). I said o.k., I'll find someone else to install it. Then he said I would have to pay $225 for him to re-connect the water to the house. When I threatened to call my lawyer he re-connected it. It was a matter of turning two faucets (one at the water meter,one on top of the water heater) and took less than 5 minutes. A sleazy attempt to get some of my money before leaving. Another plumber came out the next day and installed the water heater without any problem and charged me half of what these scam artists wanted. Advanced Plumbing is exactly the kind of place you want to stay away from. Don't let these guys in your house!

Buddy is the most experienced technician and has excellent customer service skills. Fast off Florida is lucky to have Buddy on their team. Our experience with Buddy regarding our AC Unit maintenance and repairs were nothing but the best.

The tech called when he was on his way and arrived when he said. He went over the entire system and made sure it was running properly. He didn't rush with his inspection and gave me a breakdown of what he found when he was done. Good job at a fair price.

Great professional service. If you want it done right the first time call these guys!!

They did take care of the job that I paid for but unless you have a lot of money that you want to spend on something this is not the place to go. I just needed an element replaced in my water heater which is a simple procedure and it cost me $225.
