I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. When he found issues or concerns he explained what they were in easy to understand terms. He did a thorough job and was very courteous and neat. We used Everyday Plumber for a complete replacement of waste pipes under the slab, out to the street and re-piping of freshwater into the attic. They did an excellent job and were professional and personable. Shout out to Steve, Ryan B, Eric, and anyone else that worked on the job!!

WOW is all I can say. I called on a Wed afternoon as our current 20 yr old system was just not working as it should. I told her that we were looking at inspection of current unit and also a quote on new system. Greg (sales) and Fernando (Tech) showed up on Thurs morning and while Greg spoke to us about the systems available, pricing and the advantage program Fernando did a very thorough inspection of our unit and air handler. Since it is 20+ yrs old it doesnt use the current freon, the coils were all rusted and there were numerous issues with our current system (Which we knew due to age).Greg suggested the unit for us, it has the dehumidifier built in and UV protect. Also with the Advantage plan it is all covered, maintanence, repairs, parts, even the filters so we decided to go that route.Can you believe they were able to install it the next day! That was amazing. So on Friday morning, Anthony and Alejandro showed up in the morning and got started on the install. They were so professional, very nice and made sure to clean up after they were done. They finished right about 4:30 that day and then gave us a walkthrough of how to use the new thermostat.I cant say enough about this comapny and the great customer service they provide. Highly recommend!!

Cass plumbing replaced a hot water heater. The equipment they used was different from the initial quote. They never discussed this change with me. I also later found out (when I had a 4 point inspection done) that the cpvc coming out of the pressure relief valve was not to code as it ended more than 6 inches from the ground (it was a foot or so off of the ground). This could have caused someone to get scolded with hot water. Apparently their installers don't understand plumbing codes or just don't care. They also used shark bites on the plumbing to connect to copper. Apparently shark bites should only be used as a temporary solution as told by a licensed professional. I had to have both of these items remediated by another plumber.
