Ridiculously good service! I had a slab leak diagnosed, and called John over at I Find Leaks due to all the amazing feedback here on Google, as I now needed to find the dang leak. John and Sonny showed up, went to work, and had my leak found, a hole drilled, and a temporary patch applied WITHIN AN HOUR. I could not be happier with their service, and if they did regular plumbing work, I would have hired them to fix the leak permanently and become my regular plumber! Kind, professional, prompt and overall just a positive experience overall, despite having a leak and a hole in my floor :) Thank you John and Sonny! I truly appreciate it!

This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. They have also come out to my home for a clogged drain and helped us move our laundry room inside our home instead of in the garage. This is a great company no matter what your need.

This company is fantastic. I’ve never met a plumber who takes such care and ownership of the work they do. The owner Charles helped us out himself with a major backup in our plumbing lines. Our only bathroom (other one under renovation at the moment, NOT a great time for your second bathroom to go out!) was totally inoperable which is not ideal for a household with several young children and Charles came out on a weekend and and worked relentlessly until he got us up and going again. Other plumbers took a quick look and quoted us immediately with the most expensive repair solution, but not this company. Charles has a great can do attitude and he does not give up until he gets it done. I am so appreciative of his professional service and his willingness to go the extra mile. He saved us big time on this one and I’ll be happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a quality plumber!

Save the call and call another plumber. Don't trust the repair price they quote you. They tried to charge 2 times as much as I was quoted. Their reason was that they sent 2 plumbers a 2nd time because the first plumber got the snake stuck in the pipe. We subsequently found out that the snake made a U turn and came out the pipe on the roof. Most of the snake was exposed with the end digging in the ground. Took trips to clear the clog. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. if you decide to just remember. Some of us told you!!

Aaron was the tech that came out to the house. He cleaned out my lines and got a root removed that had grown under toilet. Very professional job even cleaned everything very well after job was done.This was the third plumbing company that had come out to the house to do different things. They always say third time is the charm. Thank you again

Re-routed house water lines into attic, due to continual pin hole slab leaks in our copper piping. They were in and out, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Having Stan now run water to my dock..

Very expensive! Why it costs $560 to change out 2 shut off valves is beyond me. Everyone was nice and once the job was done it was was fine. The technician thought it was ok to smoke pot between trips to the van (several trips). After several calls to the office I was able to get the price down a little. I don't think I would ever call them back or recommend them. I definitely don't want someone at my house who's smoking pot while on the job.Update: A representative from Midway Services called me to talk about the review. They apologized for the kind of service I had. They took my problems seriously and are going to investigate them. They kindly refunded some of what we paid for the service due to the bad experience. I appriciate them taking the time to contact me to try and resolve the issues. I still don't know why it cost so much for the handles to be switched....

Looked online for a plumber last minute, due to another plumber having to cancel. I could not have been happier with Andrew! He was able to fix my problem in a very timely manner, and was very courteous, professional and his rates/cost was extremely competitive. I would highly recommend using this company! I have again and recommended to another family member.

We recently had gas lines installed in our house for a new tankless water heater and cooktop. Shawn and his team did a great job with the installation and management of the overall process. They communicated well, were prompt and friendly, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The final price was right at the estimate provided, which was very reasonable. I could not have asked for a more positive experience and would highly recommend their services.
