The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Brian K. did a fabulous job replacing our leaky bathroom faucet! He had great communication, letting us know he was on his way. He was polite.
He had great knowledge of what was wrong and how to fix it. He repaired it promptly within a few hours of the call for help! Yay, Brian! You saved the day.

Zach from Romo Plumbing showed up first thing this morning. He was in and out in under 30 minutes and repaired our toilet and our slow draining sink! Prompt, professional and courteous ! He explained to me the problem and showed me the work he had done. I will absolutely be calling Romo's next time I need plumbing help!

Called for a estimate guys came out and ran a camera through my old Orangeburg pipe then explained to me why it was clogging.Got a call from the office and was surprised their was a camera fee to say the least. Amanda very professionally explained to me 2/3 of the camera fee would be taken off my estimate and it was.the work they did was great the price was good . the employees did a good job and cleaned up and took all the old stuff with them and answered all my questions. I have alot of questions. Called Stan on a off day and he took the time to answer all my questions.in the end you just have to trust people and take people for their word. Stan and C&W kept theirs. I will use them again hope their ready for more questions.

Charles arrived on time and was very professional. He was able to service our HVAC system, performing all the usual inspections, flushes etc. his service was exemplary and proves that an ounce of prevention is definitely better than a pound of cure.

I highly recommend Mike Wellington, The Handy Guy, as the go to handyman. From the moment he arrived he was focused and worked diligently to address our issues. He replaced the kitchen faucet, a faulty valve and repaired a sink drain very efficiently. He was able to take care of the unexpected faulty valve as he had a replacement valve and the tools needed in his tool kit. When I called him this morning, he gave me options for available times, maybe later this afternoon if other appointments went as planned or Wednesday. I opted for today and he readily communicated with me this afternoon was a go and arrived just as he predicted. I appreciated his skill set, communication, and his hard work.

Jonathan from McGill came this week and replaced two bathroom toilets for us. He did an excellent job. Professional, cleaned up after himself. Good quality work. Shane in sales was excellent. Really helped us out. We had a cracked toilet and need the installation done promptly as we were heading back up north. They ordered and installed our equipment in less then. A week ! Thank you

We recently had a central air system go down in the middle of the summer heat. They responded right away and got us up and running. Highly recommend!
