Mike has done several plumbing jobs for me and eaxh time does a great job and puts forth extra effort to ensure the job is right, even if he is quite inconvenienced. I rarely do online reviews but he deserves to succeed. I almost hate to share him as he is so nice, tolerates lots of queations anddoes such a nice job!

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

He came and did an energy audit that comes with the annual service agreement we have. He was very friendly, professional and over the top knowledgeable about other services he was providing and could answer all of our questions. He also provided reasonable solutions for our needs and we would definitely recommend performance as a company but also Marvin as a tech for AC and Electrical work

I have used Romo's on multiple occasions and wouldn't use anyone else. Their team is all fantastic, but the brightest star on the team is most certainly the owner himself. As a building inspector, I see all sorts of Professionals come and go. I have worked with every plumber in the book. The only company I call to check the work of the other companies, is Romo's. I stake my reputation on it.

Can never get anyone to answer or a call back???? Are they still in business? Finally talked to someone and she was extremely rude and didn't listen to what I was asking her and decided today she wasn't interested. The guy who does the plumbing is very nice, I've talked to him before but the lady who does the phone needs a lesson in customer service. She lost a few hundred dollars and future business.
