Jeremy came to our home at 8:00am on Tuesday morning and immediately located the hot water line leak. He then preceded to go through the tile and concrete and put a patch on the leak and he was actually gone from our home by 9:15 and there wasn't even a speak of dust. He has his own secret way of drilling through tile and concrete without making a mess.... go figure. He was very nice and we enjoyed having him in our home and so appreciated his professional and so efficient work. I would recommend the company to everyone!!!

I just had Leland plumbing out to my house to repair a water shutoff valve and I cannot speak highly enough about them. They answered the phone immediately, scheduled me for a next day service at affordable rates (I shopped around and they were the lowest), and they even had a cancelation so the technician came SAME DAY! Steve, the technician, was professional, fair, very friendly, and did an awesome job. The repair only took about an hour and he was excellent at explaining what he was doing. Management, please give Steve my feedback, and a raise! While he was here, I was quoted on other plumbing work I need done and I will 100% use them again for any plumbing work, without question.

I called for assistance, needed water heater hose fix... I informed there was a flood in my unit...asked if they could bring a water vacuum...was told YES, by Margaret...was also informed by Margaret service charge was $55.00 if I did not use service...Tech, came out, quoted a price of $350-450 and would not commit.....did nothing but look...touched nothing. I believe he should have known how long it would take and commit to a specific price afterall, he was there in person...

then he added on a Misc. charge of $9.85?????????????????????have no idea for what. Incidentally the charge was increased to $98.95???????????///not $55.00

I refused to pay because I believe it was a bait and switch type of deal. Tech stated he did not have water vac with him...later stated he had a small unit on truck...not big enough for job.

that was never explained to me....then Margaret who was on the phone..said they would arrange a dryout company for me....

Margaret appeared on my doorstep, later and introduced herself and acted as if she was serving a subpoena or something.....speaking loudly for all neighbors to hear....stated she was placing a lein on my condo.....and then said I will not do business with a lunatic
Margaret left a very unpleasant message on my phone..about placing a lein and her intent to call my condo association. I do not believe this to be professional behavior.

The initial SHOW UP charge was supposed to be $55.00 but turned into $89.00 plus misc. fees totaling $98.00
I had asked for a senior discount but was told would deduct $25 internet because I mentioned their reviews.....invoice DID NOT REFLECT ANY DISCOUNT!
I filed a complaint with the Pinellas County Consumer Protection Board....the response from Advanced Plumbing contained multiple FALSE statements/allegations...i.e. that I had multiple plumbers BECAUSE no one wanted to work for me.;.I yelled at her tech.....; that I threw her out of my house...(never invited her in) I HAD asked her to leave in front of my door on the landing because I believe she was acting inappropriately by speaking loudly for all neighbors and passersby to hear...that her tech spent one hour vacuuming up water ( he never brought any thing in i.e. tools, just a flashlight) and discribed the repair to be much more involved than the tech stated....Most importantly....I believe her agenda is to place a lien on my condo, as that is what she stated when she appeared at my door, the night of the flood, and stated in a machine message the same thing about a lien....out and out false statements that any services were provided....as NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER WAS AGREED UPON OR PERFORMED. Furthermore, because of the delay in extracting water from my 2 month old laminate floors, I believe they were further damaged by sitting water for approx. 1.5 hours more....I believe, if they had been honest, when I first called and said they would prefer to send out a dry out company, that would have been acceptable. Instead, I believe the intent was to get a foot in the door, to charge a service charge, with the ultimate intent to place a lien, if I did not agree to the services recommended.
Incidentally, I did get another local plumber to do the entire job for $343.50 the same night, and that bill included overtime.

Margaret from advanced plumbing submitted a bill to my condo management association for payment, per Lydia, association manager. I have a copy that they sent to me...in it are False Accusations, some of which are stated above.. I believe that was highly unprofessional and very possibly may have violated a Federal/state statute. I believe Margaret's statements to be Slanderous in nature , as well.

I contacted Fast of Florida early morning and scheduled an end of day service call. Amanda was very helpful to explain their repair & payment policy/procedure, along with providing history as to the A/C unit. To my surprise Kevin contacted me midday and arrived 15 minutes later. He was very methodical in tracing the problem and serviced in short order. I highly recommend Fast of Florida for your air conditional servicing. I’ve been using Performance AC for the last couple of years for AC and Plumbing. They have always been great. This time my plumbing backed up and Austin came out to fix it for me. Not only he got the job done quickly, he also did a diagnostic to show me why my plumbing backs up once in a while and a possible solution. Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. Called midway services to fix my tankless water heater. They wanted $1286 to change out the computer board. I order the part for $249 and did it myself in 20 minutes and I’m not a handyman. Very very expensive.

Guardian Plumbing did a repiping of my home. Adam, the owner, is friendly, very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. Anthony supervised the job and did an amazing job. Guardian Electric did the electrical grounding. Thanks to all Adam, Anthony, Jake, Jacob & Josh. I will be hiring Guardian for all of my home projects.

We hired Plumb Crazy Plumbers for a very big master bath job basically starting from scratch, which included rerouting a toilet line, installing a sink, new lines and plumbing for a freestanding tub, and running new drains and lines for a washer/dryer combo. They were priced right, showed up and were friendly. Would recommend!
