They fixed what FOUR plumbers gave up on. I've never had a serviceman give up before, but apparently I have tricky pipes and the previous ones couldn't navigate them even with a camera. CW sent a magician who did it without a camera and never gave up until the problem was resolved.

Needed our hot water heater replaced. Michael from MG Plumbing said he could come out and do an estimate in approximately 1 hour. Michael showed up on time and gave me a quote that was over 30% less than we were already quoted. Michael completed the install of our new water heater quickly. We are very pleased with the service Michael with MG Plumbing provided and highly recommend them.

This is by far the worst plumbing company I have ever seen. They were called 3 times to our apartment these past two days, worked 3 times, and solved absolutely nothing. Now we have to call them again because the problem persists. They were supposed to fix some clogged pipes, but we had to call them again and again because they leave and the toilets are still clogged and sewage water is flooding our bathtub. This is ridiculous. I wonder if they expect to be paid for this poor job they are doing. Awful. Stay away.

This Company is the BEST! We live in a small condo in Tyrone Villa's. Had friends in for a few days. My units drainage was blocked. Called...they sent John on the same day, John was professional and in no time problem was solved. Great guy!
Great Plumbing outfit.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

This five star review goes out to Roberto, my technician. He analyzed the problem and fixed it, which is more than the other technicians did on two prior calls. My AC went out 1 hour before my guests were to arrive on Thanksgiving Day. This is a BRAND NEW Lennox AC purchased and installed by FAST in May, 2021. When I called the office, whoever answered the phone was very polite and promised me he would be able to send out a technician same day. No one showed up, but I did receive a call at 8:00am Friday morning. Roberto arrived promptly, and hopefully, has fixed the problem for good. So my 5 star review is for Roberto, not FAST.

Josh and Jacob were polite and professional. They diagnosed our issue quickly, and clearly explained the process to clear our pipes. They gave us a price, (expensive, but competitive), and performed the service. They always knocked on the door to enter the house, and they were respectful and friendly to our pets. We appreciate that! We use Performance for our AC, but this is the first time we tried their plumbing service. We are very satisfied.

Romo's Plumbing was great to work with. I had a difficult problem to fix, but they figured it out and fixed it without charging me a fortune. They were honest and did not try to push me to something more expensive. I will definitely work with them next time I have a plumbing problem.

Tried calling to get a quote on a job to tie an AC drain line into a tub drain ay a point inside the house where drywall was already exposed. Woman that answered claimed that the plumber does not do any digging outside. Was trying to explain to her that I was wanting it connected at a point inside the house where lines were exposed and about 10 inches next to each other but she kept saying it was digging outside and then proceeded to hang up on me. Tried calling back a few times but she hung up everytime! Poor customer service!
