Needed our hot water heater replaced. Michael from MG Plumbing said he could come out and do an estimate in approximately 1 hour. Michael showed up on time and gave me a quote that was over 30% less than we were already quoted. Michael completed the install of our new water heater quickly. We are very pleased with the service Michael with MG Plumbing provided and highly recommend them.

Advanced Plumbing put in our new water heater and the price was way more reasonable than the other companies that gave me a quote. Technician was very pleasant too.

Great experience! Attentive, thoughtful, careful, ... and yes clean (and covid careful). I'm new to am old house so he fixed my bizarre fixture leak, then stayed a few minutes to show me the main shutoff & city meter, trace the pipes and verify the layout was both code and a justified retrofit years ago. The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Well.....I have purposely hesitated to write a public review hoping FAST would communicate with us as I have a long list of issues that happened during the process of installing a completely new HVAC in our newly purchased home in Tarpon Springs. I’m going to avoid writing a narrative about the issues during and after this very expensive purchase. But, I will NEVER, ever call FAST for anything new again. Their lack of communication is inexcusable. Only one of their staff (Hector) was responsive, and actually tried to correct issues. Sad....and, unfortunateUPDATE: THE OWNERS REPONSE IS TOTALLY AN UNFORTUNATE PLOY TO DEFLECT BLAME. ITS BEEN SEVERAL DAYS, AND NO PHONE CALL. TYPICAL HOW THIS ENTIRE PROCESS HAS GONE. NO COMMUNICATION DESPITE THEIR LAME PROMISES. SADUpdate as of March 11, 2021Finally (after months of calling them to get it scheduled) FAST actually scheduled the county inspection which took place 03/09/2021. The inspection failed!!!! (This HVAC system was installed in September 2020). They installed this very expensive unit incorrectly (according to the official inspection report). The new GM promised to get the issues resolved and he would immediately schedule the corrections. I have yet to receive any such call from him (Charlie). So, FAST cannot be trusted with proper installation, and they refuse to communicate to correct their improper installation. I guess my next task will be to file legal action. FRUSTRATING!!!!

Performance air installed my a/c's and provided service for over 4 years. Always very responsive, professional and committed to customer satisfaction. Performance Air was strongly recommended to me by a close friend and I would strongly recommend as well.

Very professional, honest and knowledgeable. Had Dustin and Zack for a plumbing issue and they both did a great job and helped explain what was going wrong with the toilet/plumbing and what they needed to fix before they fixed it. Honest guys and we will definitely use Romo's for future plumbing issues.

Tried calling to get a quote on a job to tie an AC drain line into a tub drain ay a point inside the house where drywall was already exposed. Woman that answered claimed that the plumber does not do any digging outside. Was trying to explain to her that I was wanting it connected at a point inside the house where lines were exposed and about 10 inches next to each other but she kept saying it was digging outside and then proceeded to hang up on me. Tried calling back a few times but she hung up everytime! Poor customer service!
