Very disappointed that part of the labor charge over and above the call out fee, included the owners son turning the water off and getting a part from the van. Oddly the person who answered the phone when I complained about the high labor charge, as I mentioned that I saw the time the plumber arrived and left on the ring camera said that there were two people on the job... will never use again it’s a very sneaky way of changing additional fees.

I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. Very pleased w Austin . He was professional knowledgeable and knew exactly the problem when he walked in and went right to work to fix it. It was a huge job. I want to thank him for checking everything and left nothing unturned. Happy I choose this company and will choose Austin again

I have used Stan for multiple plumbing fixes in the house ranging from repairing a hot line leak under the slab to simple stuff like replacing the float mechanism in our guest bathroom toilet. It’s an older house so things are starting to fail and Stan has been there to keep things “afloat” as it were.

His latest work was installing a new hot water heater in our house. He spent longer than planned but made sure it was done right. It came out looking great and works great! Nothing more I can ask for.

Outstanding customer service today working with Steve at McGill. Steve called to let me know when he was coming. Once on site he explained, in terms I comprehended, the issue at hand. Parts were delivered and the problem was corrected. Steve was polite and got the job done!

I called today with a toilet problem. Came out this afternoon. Dustin was professional, knowledgeable, efficient & funny. Took care of the problem, gave suggestions to avoid future problems & cleaned up after himself. Worth 5 STARS in my book! . Would highly recommend them.

I called and the owner Sam came out right away after my 3 year old dropped a toy in the toilet and flushed. It caused water to back up. He was very informative, efficient and professional. The rate was very affordable. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used Max several times over the last couple of years for various jobs at two different houses. He has always been fantastic. Max always responds as quickly as possible. He works very hard and always does an excellent job. His prices are fair. And importantly, Max is always polite, friendly, and professional. *** NEVER SHOWED UP FOR APPOINTMENT OR CALLED BACK *** Scheduled an appointment for 1/4 at least 3 weeks ago. I have a small leak in my kitchen. On 12/23, I called and left a message for a water heater issue but went with someone else due to urgency. Cesar called me back and I told him I had someone else but I confirmed the 1/4 appointment. On 1/4, I called and left two messages prior to 10a regarding the appointment and arrival time (scheduled for 8a-10a). No response and never showed up!

I called them recently for a leaky galvanized pipe in the back yard. They did a quality job installing copper pipe and at a reasonable price as well.
