The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Had to have the whole (old) house re piped. Everydayplumbing took care of the problem quickly and cleaned up when they finished. One of the plumbers (Austin) also noticed a few other problems and took care of those to at no charge. Your the best and thanks guys.

I don’t have negative option on rating panel neither give -5 star for this, called and schedule appointment for 3 times and no one show up and no one able to pickup the call or return the call back from voicemail, so in service industry this is they perform so I don’t know how they provide solution and after repair what will be the answer !!!!!!! Sorry for this but I would not refer this company for any plumbing work.

We contacted Bourgoing Plumbing frantically inquiring about getting a brand new washing machine hook-up (cold water, hot water & drain) after quickly discovering that our brand new HE washing machine just wasn’t going to work with the current hook-ups in our old St. Pete home. Tomily got us on the schedule ASAP and Joseph came out and took a look at everything within 48 hours. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest.
