The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Builder said it was hurricane damage... thanks to Eddie's leak detection it has been determined it was NOT hurricane damage. Hopefully the builder has to fix all the damage... thank you for finding our leak🙌🏽

They did the job. Would I hire them again... probably not. They were a little sloppy with my install, drilling and extra hole that I'm left to fill after they are gone. The water lines they ran should look like artwork but looks more like I did it myself. They also under bid the job by several hundred dollars. All in all very nice techs but I wouldn't say they were the best
