The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I had a complicated problem that no less than 4 other plumbers looked at and and did not fix. Just snake it, charge us 300$ bucks and see you in 4 months.

When Chris came out and looked at the problem, he had a vision of what needed to be done to fix it. Bid it fairly, and executed.
Well done.
When he ran into something more, he called Todd, a supervisor with a wealth of knowledge. He wisely analyzed the problem, and explained it to me clearly and slowly, because I’m not a plumber. Used a camera even down in the line to show me what was the issue. And none of his time was extra. He was there to support Chris. I like companies that support their good employees.
The problem is now solved.

Chris is my plumber now. Enough said.

I used Home Project Pro to install 2 new bathroom exhaust fans vented thru the roof, run a new outside GFCI electric circuit and receptacle, and to reinstall some eave soffit that fell down. Mike did an excellent job!! He was very responsive in reviewing work scope, providing a detail estimate, and scheduling the work. He was very personable and professional and his work was very high quality. At job completion he provided a detail man hour / material invoice which was slightly less than the original estimate.I’d highly recommend his services to anyone looking for handyman services.

Needed a cold water valve replaced for my new washing machine that was unable to be delivered because of the valve being rusted and corroded. They were able to come out the same day and heard all my concerns. They did exactly what I asked and were kind and courteous. They were very sweet towards my two year old son as well.
