Slaughter Plumbing did a great job replacing our single-handle shower valve. Kory & Sam were prompt, efficient, courteous & kind. Their rate was fair and over $100 less than the flat rate quoted by another plumber. I will use them again for future plumbing needs and would recommend them to others.

Had an issue with a kinked waterline and when Doug and Loui fixed it, the water was tricking out in my tub. It was late in the day and to late to do anymore work so I ran to get a new cartridge and they arrived the next day very early and fixed it in about an hour. It was clogged with sediment. Very happy with this company and I would let people know they were very fair with the price. Will use them again. Hopefully not to soon!

I had an issue with the water pipe in my wall while replacing my water heater. I called and Paul was here within 2 hours. Stayed late and helped me finish the water heater install. Super nice guy and very reasonable price. I am happy I found a local plumber who cares about his customers.

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

Chip worked hard and continuously on several (small) projects. He explained what to look for in the future (as a heads-up to phone for repairs, again). Chip fixed everything on my list and tested each fix (at least once). He is friendly and respectful, and very skilled.

Eli was responsive and Angel took care of the repairs. I had my two bathroom faucets fixed and Angel was terrific. I would highly recommend them!

I called and spoke with Zack about a leaking hot water heater in my condo. He immediately dispatched Billy who diagnosed the problem (rusted out) and explained my options. Within just a couple hours of my initial call I had a new, expertly installed water heater. The mess from the leak was cleaned up and the old one removed. He also noticed the water lines to my washer were incorrectly hooked up and fixed those, heading off an imminent disaster. Both Zach and Billy are highly skilled professionals who really care about their customers. Tampa Bay Plumbing is the only company I will ever call for my plumbing needs.
