Best Grease Trap Repair in Saint Petersburg FL

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

My visit here seeking employment was average at best... First they kept me waiting for agonist a full hour, even though I arrived 10min before my scheduled interview, but the hiring manager was friendly enough. Alas, I had to can back MULTIPLE times just to get told that I didn't get the job.......

I hired Everyday Plumber to install a new shower pan, and new sink and shower trim. They did a perfect job thanks to Todd, Jarrett, and Alicia for making it all happen so smoothly.

My Wife and I had the misfortune of having an in-wall leak. Our warranty company enlisted the service of a plumbing outfit that will remain nameless. Needless to say, it was issue after issue with the company that was assigned to us. We were finally given the OK to reach out to someone else - Which is when we reached out to Mr. Rooter. Nadine (whom I believe is in dispatch, sorry if I got that wrong). Has been amazing. She's been empathetic to our situation and has followed through from cradle to grave, ensuring that we were aware of everything before we even had to ask. Adam, the gentlemen who came out to make the repairs, was timely, polite and knows his stuff! I can almost guarantee that it took me longer to write this than it it took for Adam to make the repair. Best part? Mr. Rooter saved us nearly $1,000. Needless to say, all future work will be done through Mr. Rooter as they've earned my trust, a rarity in today's day & age.

The gentleman came to our house to fix our clogged drain however he made a wreck of the bathroom, broke the door frame, got bathroom remnants all over the walls outside of the bathroom. He didn’t even make an effort to clean any of the mess.

UPDATE
After the first employee (Chris) left, the bathroom was put back together but we still had a backup of water. We were contacted by the company in regard to the original review and they did apologize for the poor etiquette of the first employee, had another employee (John) come out the following day to do what the first employee was supposed to do. We haven’t had any plumbing issues since, however there has been no attempt to repair the damage to our door frames that the first employee damaged. Needless to say I will not be using this company for any future plumbing needs

James just rescued us! Two teenagers home for the Holidays and the toilet clogged on a Saturday night. James was prompt, courteous and worked very fast and clean. We will use Billy Sunshine again and be sure to ask for James.

my outside faucet on my house broke off when I was doing yard work. Panicked, I called Rooterman. They were at my home within the hour of me calling. He was able to fix the issue. Very happy with the cost. I’ll definitely be saving their number in my phone for any future plumbing.

Technician Raif was very profesional, explained options and costs before continuing job. I was very impressed.

they came in and fix our clogged bathroom in 5 minutes (other company came in last week and spent 2 hours but they could not fix it).
this company has great technician with great skills. also, they are really polite and friendly.
