Rob showed up on time, performed a thorough inspection of all plumbing in my house, provided me with a detailed list of everything’s reading repair, repaired all items that I requested and an estimate of what the remaining items would cost should I decide to. He was the consummate professional and really new his stuff.

This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. They have also come out to my home for a clogged drain and helped us move our laundry room inside our home instead of in the garage. This is a great company no matter what your need.

Charles answered the phone at 7:30 this morning. I explained I had a leaking faucet and couldn’t shut off the water. He was at my house by 9:00. The problem was bigger than he thought, but he held to his quote. 2.5 hours later no more leak, plus new stainless steel hoses. And he fixed our shower. And cut down two large screws holding in our toilet. Charles is solid. Five stars.

Michael Kohler is a very professional and experienced plumber. He is responsive to our needs and the quality and value of his work can’t be beat. He doesn’t tackle jobs that require 2 or more plumbers. But if he can fix it, he will. I love his common sense approach. I highly recommend him!
