Brian & Joe were so hard working and polite and cordial. Considering this was right after the hurricane which we did not get hit straight on (Ian), they were awesome, how they took care of the job with my mom's comfort in mind, being 90 years old and in frail health. They worked literally all day; but made barely any noise.

For seven years Performance has taken care of all of out air conditioning needs, and has done so professionally and courteously. No matter what the issue du jour, response was swift, and continues to be. Every tech who has been to our home treats us with respect and and takes great care with the task at hand. Management is to be commended for hiring such a great team. It's a relief to know that Performance is dedicated to keeping us happy and cool.

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. I appreciated Heavenly Plumbings high quality work at simple price that didn’t change from his estimate. Thanks Ivan!

We had an emergency and called Mike. He came over as quickly as possible and fixed the problem right away. Great service, never made a mess and the price was very reasonable. Don't call anyone but Michael Kohler plumbing!

Marvin was tasked with removing and replacing 3 GFCI outlets on the exterior of our house. He was very clear about what he needed to do and very quickly and cleanly accomplished the job. I would gladly recommend Marvin to my family and friends. He is welcome in our home in the future.if we should need his services again. He is a credit to your company and to the professionalism we have grown accustomed to.

Your phone person was very rude. She did not look up an invoice from 2017 (repair) to assist me in identifying the size & date of water heater since my copy was faded. She had no conern that I needed a plumber, a new water heater and a repipe job. This company apparently has enough business and they didn't want mine. Perhaps they may only work with customers who don't have questions; however, I don't spend $$ with people who are unwilling to assist in the emergency of ankle deep water. What a nasty unhappy sounding women and she was the representation of this business. I found a plumbing company that was professional because Rooter Man is more like Ruder Woman. Wowza
