Best Gas Line Replacement in Saint Petersburg FL

Best plumber in St. Pete! We are so glad that we found them. Very fast, extremely nice, reasonable prices. First time we could not close a valve, they managed to close it and did it for free! Second time we had a vanity connected and a toilet flange replaced. We are real customers, this is not a fake review. We had some bad luck with other plumbers in St. Pete, finally there is an honest plumber! Thank you :-)

I was referred to R & R plumbing from a friend and they have done alot of commercial work at my job Hurricane Eddie's in Gulfport. They go above and beyond and I highly recommend this family owned business as to they care in their line of work.

Mr. Rooter is timely and they do get the job done. However, their prices are outrageous. Even with their $50.00 coupon I paid $203.21. They unclogged the kitchen line which had grease build up. I own and manage quite a few rentals and have never paid anything close to this price. I would say I usually average $90-$100. I was taken in by the coupon. Never again.

Got banned from our community for poor quality work, over-priced work, and for trying to charge for things they broke. It is like they did such horrible work so that you would keep calling them to keep fixing their bad work.

The gentleman came to our house to fix our clogged drain however he made a wreck of the bathroom, broke the door frame, got bathroom remnants all over the walls outside of the bathroom. He didn’t even make an effort to clean any of the mess.

UPDATE
After the first employee (Chris) left, the bathroom was put back together but we still had a backup of water. We were contacted by the company in regard to the original review and they did apologize for the poor etiquette of the first employee, had another employee (John) come out the following day to do what the first employee was supposed to do. We haven’t had any plumbing issues since, however there has been no attempt to repair the damage to our door frames that the first employee damaged. Needless to say I will not be using this company for any future plumbing needs

I called late Thursday afternoon and a gentleman called back first thing Friday and met my husband at our home. We explained that another company said we had a supply line leak. They explored under our house and said they did not see any leaking. I appreciated the quick response and especially the honesty.
