This company and their technicians are amazing people. I had a huge leak over the weekend and I was desperate. Jeremy (superstar technician) came to my family's rescue. He had no quit in him. He worked and worked. He even called in one of his fellow associates to come and help. Just when I lost all faith, they found the pipe! I highly recommend I Find Leaks to anyone with water leak. They are the total package.

Run from this company. You are nothing but a number. They will quote you exorbitant prices because they know they have you in a bind. They quoted me $1700 to replace my hot water heater before even arriving for the appointment. I asked to speak to my husband about it and when I called the serviceman Joey back 3 minutes later, he didn’t answer the phone. I called again 30 minutes later and he said he didn’t hear from me so he gave away my appointment. Their MO is: pay our high prices or we will drop you and move on to the next guy. I called and spoke to a manager after loosing my appointment - she was extremely rude and didn’t want to hear my concerns, just talked over me. We found another company to come out the next day and they just charged me $400. If you want to get price gouged, then call them. They will happily take your money.

We had an issue with the shut off valve under our kitchen faucet occur on a Sunday afternoon. This required we turn off the water to the house.

We called Scotto’s based on Google reviews and we were NOT disappointed. James arrived within 15 minutes and completed the work in less than 30 minutes.

James was kind, efficient, and professional. He also gave my husband some good advice while here.

When/if needed, we will call Scotto’s again either for an emergency or planned work.

The technician was courteous and informative. He shared his findings and recommendations with us but was not pushy or persistent. Gave us the information we were looking for on our unit as we just purchased the home with no records.

Excellent service and actually cares about getting customers jobs done. Called at around 9 PM on a Thursday and they were out within 30 minutes. I had George as the plumber and he replaced an old GE water heater that was busted and leaking with a new (Rheem) one from their shop. Friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing since I was curious/asking.

I also want to stress that they've won my business for future needs, and that they answered their 24/7 line and I got a phone call back very quickly. I had called two other plumbers: Benjamin Franklin wanted me to wait until Saturday (I had to shut my water off) because it was sprinkling outside (we don't dispatch in inclement weather), which was a joke. Roto-rooter came out, looked at it and said we can't do that until the morning and it'll be a 2 man job... their plumber also had no idea what a tankless water heater was when I asked about it.

Friend's plumbing (George) came out, looked at it, gave me an estimate/quote and started working right away.
