Best Gas Line Services in Saint Petersburg FL

I was referred to IFindLeaks (Danny) earlier this past week through another plumber contact in the area that I've used in the past. My townehome is in Safety Harbor and I live out of state. I was notified that I might have water intrusion and mold in my walls. Danny was an angel. He was prompt and thoughtful and very considerate throughout my whole interaction. He headed out to the home earlier than expected to work with the tenants so that we wouldn't have to reschedule, then he took the time to explain everything to me in detail, answering all my many questions, and he even willingly wrote up a short report so that I would have it documented to provide for future agents showing the home. In addition, Danny also offered to explain further to a local handyman what exactly needs to be done to finish the areas of concern. I thought I hit the jackpot when he called me. I am so impressed, I couldn't help sharing the news with friends and family who knew what I was going through, all over the Fourth of July holiday weekend. Thank you, Danny. You're the BEST..

I highly recommend Plumbing by Paul LLC. I called the office in the morning and had the pleasure of speaking to Alicia and I had my plumbing issue diagnosed and fixed by afternoon. The professionalism, prompt service and the strict adhering of following the CDC recommendations and guidelines during this trying Covid-19 times was more then I ever could imagine and hoped for. This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

I needed a water heater replaced and Believe Plumbing did a great job. Junior and Frank were friendly, professional and knowledgable, and did quality work. Will definitely use Believe for any plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend them.

I needed a hose replaced on hot water heater....on call person, Jeremy stated would cost about $250-300, after I described problem on phone. Jeremy seemed to know what he was doing...but when finished...presented me a bill for $342.50...I told him that was not the estimate.
I gave him my credit card and only authorized to him both verbally and on the invoice. to just run the card for $300 and to pls have them call me in the AM and possibly bill me for the balance of $42.50. Well long story short...they ran the card for the full amount of $342.50, Incidentally, Jeremy asked for the three digits on the back of the card and I refused to give it to him.

I am happy with the work....and Jeremy was pleasant...but not happy that they disregarded my request to only run for $300.00

I do not feel that was professional....also, he refused to give me any discount for finding on the internet/or for being a senior.

As it was, I was in OVERTIME and paid handsomely for a minor repair...but had no water so I was willing to pay up to $300....I believe the tech should have informed me it could be more, when he arrived and assessed the repair in person.

UPDATE: Allen had the decency to call me today...and offered to cancel the charge and re-run for $300 this month and $42.50 next month...but I told him not to....because my company holds the money out for 10 days. I really appreciated that he said it was a mistake....he went out of his way to review my case and discovered that the hose that had been installed was not only not up to code, but rather dangerous and that I could have been electrocuted, when the water poured over and I was standing in a puddle....He offered to help me by suggesting a website Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board and recommended I file a complaint against the person who had installed the water heater about 6 mos or so ago.
His advice was expert and I believe worth the extra $42.00 dollars.

So I am changing my rating.
