They saved me from having to jack-hammer the floor. Somehow a top to a can of shaving cream ended up in the pipes below our bedroom, which we did not know was the issue at the time. We couldn't use the sink, shower, or toilet. I even had the city come out because I thought it was related to the work than had done days before but they couldn't find anything. Slaughter Plumbing was recommended by a fellow mom from my mom's group as her father was a plumber with them. He came over and let me watch him use the camera snake and sure enough there was a very large object deep below the bedroom where the pipes passed. At first he just couldn't get the object to budge, but after nearly an hour he got it dislodged and slowly moved the object along the pipe and out from under the house to the back yard using only the camera head to do it! He moved it until he saw the clean-out, went to the back yard, dug a tiny hole, opened the clean-out, and voila! Out popped a shaving cream can top. I think I paid two hundred dollars, which is far less than the predicted $1-2k we were expecting to pay to dig up the floor in the bedroom to access the pipe. They also offered us a military discount. Great guys.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

This company is fantastic. I’ve never met a plumber who takes such care and ownership of the work they do. The owner Charles helped us out himself with a major backup in our plumbing lines. Our only bathroom (other one under renovation at the moment, NOT a great time for your second bathroom to go out!) was totally inoperable which is not ideal for a household with several young children and Charles came out on a weekend and and worked relentlessly until he got us up and going again. Other plumbers took a quick look and quoted us immediately with the most expensive repair solution, but not this company. Charles has a great can do attitude and he does not give up until he gets it done. I am so appreciative of his professional service and his willingness to go the extra mile. He saved us big time on this one and I’ll be happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a quality plumber!

Tried Everyday plumber for the first time. Good experience. We have an old house with and had work done on our bathtub and toilet. Everyday plumber worked with us on the issues and gave us honest advice on the fixes. The best thing was the customer support. Alicia always answered the phone right away and was able to immediately schedule service. She scheduled 2 hour window arrival times with a call ahead. Easy to work with.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone I know. I was lied to from day one! The plumber showed up to my house demanding a check for work that wasnt even started. I told him numerous times where the check was and first thing in the morning I get a text demanding money that was supposed to be there, which was, but the plumber couldn't find it. Then, work was slowly done for about 2 weeks, after I was told day after day he had an emergency and didnt show up, had another emergency and didnt show up, never finished. I was told I would get my money back b/c NOT even half the job was done that was agree upon. The money was taken and never sent back like the plumber promised in a text message. The text even showed the money on the plumbers coffee table in $100 bills. So, I got charged for work that what we originally agreed on, but in the end only half the job was completed. On top of that, I was told we didnt have parts to a shower system I had bought, The box was never even opened to look at what came with the new system. Worthless, completely dishonest, liars that I feel like they stole from me. Lesson learned. Never EVER pay anyone any money till the job is AT LEAST half done!! I will never pay anyone money upfront for work that has not been started nor completed. I would never trust this company if this is the type of plumbers they send to your home!! I have worked for Cornerstone Plumbing for over 3 years, most of the employees are guys who have been here over 10 years. That speaks volumes about the company in my book. I have been a plumber in Florida for over 35 years, and even owned and operated my own local plumbing company and this company represents what I think a professional plumbing company should look and feel like. Having worked at quite a few shops, the care that is put into the customer satisfaction is unparalleled with any other plumbing company I have worked for or heard about.
This company wants to be your plumber from now on, as opposed to some companies who want the big money real fast, customer service be damned.
The care that is put towards training employees is like nothing I have experienced, this company actually prides itself in training and promoting its employees and sends them to plumbing school, at the companies expense. What companies would dare do that in todays atmosphere?
I truly believe I have found a home, a place I am PROUD to say I work at and even prouder to say I represent.

Wonderful experience! They installed a Whole House HALO water filtration system! I was surprised that we had more chlorine in the water than a pool after seeing the before and after water testing.

Had a Saturday urgent situation and after calling many plumbers, Everyday was able to take the job and were here in two hours. Carlos did a great job and price was fair. Will certainly use Everyday again.

I had a very positive experience when Richard came to replace a new kitchen faucet because my old one was hard to turn off. Richard let me know exactly what it would cost to replace the faucet before he started to remove it. There was a lot of gunk around the old faucet and he took the time to clean it up before he installed the new one. He also made sure that when he was finished he wiped down the area he was working in. If I could I would give him more stars. In this day and age it is so nice to find an honest Plumber that takes pride in their work.
