i'm from Pennsylvania and have a place in Largo , my neighbor called me Saturday to tell me that our new water line installed by another company was leaking. i looked up Slaughter and left a message with the answering service person to have someone contact me first thing Monday morning. i received that phone call and before i landed in Florida the lines was repaired and they did a fantastic job. In the future i will call Slaughter as my Plumbing service provider of choice. Thanks you so much Slaughter Team.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Competent but always angling to jack up the cost. Had I read the local Yelp reviews regarding this behavior I would have found another company.........which I now have. Response post owners reply: The service and the work was performed to a good standard and yes I was satisfied but I stand by my comments concerning pricing practices and corresponding Yelp reviews. Yelp reviews are representative of the local community and more times than not reflect the customer experiences.

I liked the text message updates. Terrell did a great job as well as being on time and the charge was what was quoted.

Had an issue with a kinked waterline and when Doug and Loui fixed it, the water was tricking out in my tub. It was late in the day and to late to do anymore work so I ran to get a new cartridge and they arrived the next day very early and fixed it in about an hour. It was clogged with sediment. Very happy with this company and I would let people know they were very fair with the price. Will use them again. Hopefully not to soon!

Corey came out to repair our water heater this morning and was very polite and professional! Highly recommend!!!

Jarrett is the most professional and competent plumber we have encountered since moving to Florida 2 years ago and we have interacted with more than 5. He was on time and was able to determine what needed to be done to install our whole house water softener and filter and repair a toilet. He executed the installation per the plan and everything is working great. Jarret was a pleasure to work with and we will call him first the next time we need plumbing work done.

I want everyone to know how responsive Eli and Angel were to repairing my broken pipe. I was in panic mode after 2 inches of water was all over my floor. They gave a quote and stuck to that price.
