This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

I was very pleased with the quality of worked performed by James with regards to my electrical inspection. He found some issues in the attic, explained what needed to be done, took before & after pictures, and corrected the issues. Performance Air is lucky to have an employee like James who is knowledgeable in what he does.

This company is FANTASTIC! We were desperate, only having 1 bathroom and 3 people in the house, our toilet would not flush without nearly over flowing! UGH!
I called several other plumbers only to be told that the earliest they could get me an appointment was the following Tuesday and if I wanted after hours plumbing which could be anytime between five and 10 o’clock at night it would be an additional hundred dollars per hour ouch.
I was referred to CW Plumbing by a neighbor. So I called expecting to hear the same thing, Cristy answered the phone and after hearing my plea of desperation she calmly told me she could have someone here in about 30 to 45 minutes.They showed up in 40 minutes took care of the problem, gave us some advice and we were charged $100.00 LESS than all the other plumbing companies.

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. Jarrett was excellent! Personable, reliable, great work. Loved having him help us with our home plumbing issues including non working disposal.

Tried calling to get a quote on a job to tie an AC drain line into a tub drain ay a point inside the house where drywall was already exposed. Woman that answered claimed that the plumber does not do any digging outside. Was trying to explain to her that I was wanting it connected at a point inside the house where lines were exposed and about 10 inches next to each other but she kept saying it was digging outside and then proceeded to hang up on me. Tried calling back a few times but she hung up everytime! Poor customer service!
