I’ve lived in St Pete for over 10 years and these folks are by far the most professional in the area. A friend recommended and I have had them out twice for 2 very different jobs, that last one urgent.

Had Slaughter Plumbing come out again today for like the 3rd or 4th time. They are always just great. Had a clogged tub drain issue. Old house thought it was the mechanism and going to be a major cut through the wall issue. But it wasn’t and he worked his magic. And also replaced the guts in our toilet they were getting squeaky. Under warranty. And showed me how to disconnect the sink plunger to make for easier cleaning. In and out in like 25 mins. Jeff was our technician. Supe Nice and friendly. And professional. I'm retracting my previous review, since just recently I had them come out on a plumbing call, not only did they send technicians that did not have any of the required equipment, but they used my tools and wet vac. 4hrs later they were unavailable to get the job done because they didn't have the proper equipment. The manager was supposed to calle back, after I've left several messages and here we are almost 2 weeks later and not one call back. I'm very disappointed in this company. I thought they were different from the rest... apparently not!

These are very honest professionals who hold themselves to high standards and don't cut corners. I highly recommend working with these professionals.

Eric at CW was incredible! We could hear water running in our wall and Eric showed up within an hour to find and fix the leak. He explained exactly what he was doing, showed me the leak, and fixed it quickly. All on a Sunday morning no less. It was a tight spot due to my water heater being in front of the wall the leak was in, but he was able to get to it without needing to remove the water heater. I can’t say enough good things about his work or the timeliness and quality. You can’t go wrong calling CW!!

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

Tried calling to get a quote on a job to tie an AC drain line into a tub drain ay a point inside the house where drywall was already exposed. Woman that answered claimed that the plumber does not do any digging outside. Was trying to explain to her that I was wanting it connected at a point inside the house where lines were exposed and about 10 inches next to each other but she kept saying it was digging outside and then proceeded to hang up on me. Tried calling back a few times but she hung up everytime! Poor customer service!
