It's unfortunate that I cannot leave less then one star. My toilet was backing up, and toilet water was filling up into my tub. A man came out and snaked the the main drain. He charged me $208. A week later the toilet and tub started bubbling up again. I called them back out a second time. The man said that nothing appeared to be wrong, that pressure may have built up and then subsided but charged me $50.00 for the 15 minutes of his time just the same. Tonight at 3 am the bath tub started bubbling up and the toilet over flowed with sewage water all over the bathroom, kitchen, and hallway. I called slaughter who advertises 24 hour service. When the plumber called me back and asked me what was going on he cut me off, and said, yeah, yeah do you want me to come out there or not? I said you asked me what was happening I'm just trying to tell you. He said you called me at 3 am do you want me out there or not? I said no thank you and called someone else. In the grand scheme of things $250 is not a whole lot of money, but when you paid it for nothing its a lot. When you called them out twice willing to pay whatever you needed to to make sure nasty toilet water wouldn't be backing up into your home in the middle of the night $250 is an awful lot. It's surely an awful lot for someone who advertises 24 hour service to be rude to you when you are in a panic because raw sewage is backing up into your home where you, your kids, and pets live when you have already called them out twice during perfectly reasonable hours of the day to FIX the problem.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

We love this company! We have been customers since 2016. We are getting ready to add to our system upgrades with air quality features, all new duct work and updates to code. Chris is a professional and thorough sales epresentative with a great personality. We appreciated his honesty and his integrity. We also love the monthly fee annual service plan which gives us 2 services per year for 19.00 a month which includes plumbing and electrical inspections and other services.

The best in the area. Came home from vacation to a leaking shut off valve outside of house. Called Romo and he let me know what might be issue and how to remedy it. His advice was correct. Could have easily sent someone and charged whatever the charge and it being a very simple fix. Tells you a lot about what kind of people are running this company.
Very grateful for him and will my go to for any plumbing issue. I will definitely refer Romo to anyone after this great experience. Thank you Romo.

Had an issue with a water heater and Charles was able to diagnose the issue and replace it same day. He was very helpful in explaining the problem and was upfront about pricing. Michael was prompt for both his quote visit and the repair visit. I explained what I would like done and he gave me a few ideas. When he came to do the work, he was efficient and did a very good job. When he finished he cleaned up the area. I will definitely hire him again.

We had a major leak coming from the main valve to the house, and Tyler was able to dig for the leak in concrete, which was not originally expected of him, but he went and did it anyways, located the leak and was able to fix it and turn the water back on within a day. Tyler is an example of great work ethic and character and was willing to go the extra mile answering questions and repeatedly had a great attitude and attention to detail. He explained what was to be done and worked a difficult situation when we were not exactly certain where the leak was coming from.
He communicated the whole process step by step and explained what needed to be done to both myself and my husband who was out of town during this time.

My water was on again within two days and for what service we received was worth every penny spent. Additionally, he worked two other smaller jobs at my house, which needed to be done that were not a priority, but was able to fit that in.
We were very grateful to have Tyler as our plumber and will be using your services again in the future.
