The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. This is a plumbing company that I highly recommend to others. They have come before to our home when our water heater pipe messed up. They were quick and so pleasant each time we needed them. Our heater pipe messed up because a tiny hole in the line and Dennis, Jose, and Mark came the same day with no hesitation.
