I contacted gloria, very sweet and helpful. I asked for 2 quotes, she was great to talk to. They sent a technician to my property. its been 1 month and a half and they have not send the estimates. I already chose another company, I called 5 times and all the times they said my rep was on a meeting and he would call me later. I emailed several times, nothing. I am knocking on your door for a 30k+ job and you dont have the decency to return a phone call. I dont get it

I have used Romo Plumbing several times, and I just love doing business with them. Justin is the owner, who I have gotten to know because he is always checking to make sure the jobs are going right and done well. I really appreciate that he is that connected to each job his guys are doing. I find their prices to be somewhere in the middle of the road, not the lowest, but not the highest either. The quality of the work has always been great. They are my plumber of choice for everything.

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. Hello. I would just like to give a huge shout out to Mike. He was at my apartment with his co-worker roughly the 7th of August. I can not remember the guys name that was out here with mike the first time. But they both were amazing. Made sure I was well taken care of. Well Mike was back for an another issue yesterday with a co-worker Eric and mike worked so hard to make sure my issue was fixed as well as the co-worker who came a little later.
