I called them to fix my running toilet, only that the toilet was still running. I called them back and they wanted to charge me again for something they failed to fix the first time. They want to charge me $450 because today is Saturday and $350 if I could wait until next week. JUST TO FIX A RUNNING TOILET!
BEWARE they have an answering service, so you do not get neither a person that can help you right away nor someone that can give you an appoitment time. I basically paid $115 for a new handle...THAT IS ROBBERY!! NOT ONLY THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT ALSO DEAD BEAT PLUMBERS.

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Buddy Chunn our service person was very kind and efficient.

Had another company out prior. Could not clean clog out. Said it would be 1350.00 to come back and hydro jet the pipe with no guarantee it would work. Called Performance for a second opinion. 30 mins later all fixed for less than 200.00. Will be my first call next time.

I needed a plumber in Pinellas and chose this company based on Google reviews. Romo and his guys did a great job and even after the job was complete were available for questions and instructions. I will use them again.

This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. They have also come out to my home for a clogged drain and helped us move our laundry room inside our home instead of in the garage. This is a great company no matter what your need.

We had an emergency and called Mike. He came over as quickly as possible and fixed the problem right away. Great service, never made a mess and the price was very reasonable. Don't call anyone but Michael Kohler plumbing!

Quick response to my emergency. My water heater broke and other companies were giving me ridiculous prices. D Plumbing Solutions gave me a reasonable price and was done in half the time. I called back for a leak I had as well. Overall, great quality of work!

They showed up pretty quick and were able to get our toilet back in working order. I was more worried about getting our toilet back up and running so was a little surprised by the cost but that was my fault; they still did a great job.

I think for most.. the thought of dealing with plumbers, electricians etc. can be stressful. From the min that I reached out to CW Plumbing my questions were answered and I felt confident that I was in good hands.After having issues with my sink faucet, Stan guided me on which faucet was best for what I was looking for, he was polite, helpful, and professional.. and my new sink faucet works better than the old one ever did. I highly recommend this company! ( and I will definitely use them again )

We had a plumbing issue where the roots seemed to be intruding into the main pipe and it caused the plumbing to back up. I called Charles and he came within a few hours and went right to work. He was honest, didn’t overcharge and was very responsive. I’ll be calling him again if we need a plumber.

I called after hours for the free quote. They wouldn't give one over the phone and wanted $129.00 just to tell me what was wrong. You can't advertise 24/7 free quotes and then charge for them. That's called false advertising. Even though I decided to wait and get my plumbing issues fixed til Friday, I will not be going through ya'll and I will tell everyone that will listen about the false advertising.
