We had Dan come by only a day after scheduling them to come in. We scheduled for 8-11AM and Dan came at 9:30AM. He was quick to help us with what we needed and showed us our options. Dan was very nice and courteous. The entire appointment took 20 min and cost $49.

Technician Lonny was outstanding, professional and friendly. Lonny did an excellent job of exposing the problem, what steps were necessary to fix the problem and detailing what I could do to help take care of our AC unit between maintenance service calls.I would highly recommend Performance and Lonny.

After looking over my situation, he determined that it was a minor problem and gave me a solution that saved me a ton of money. This is a great medium sized company - small enough to pay attention to the customer yet big enough to have the resources to do a complex project in a timely manner. For 5 - 10 years now we've used them for mostly plumbing type issues and they did a fine job on all of them.

Charles was a delight to work with. He provided quick service, quality workmanship , and reasonable rates. My old plumbing provided challenges and Charles tackled them with a smile. He even took extra time to show me everything along the way and educate me on plumbing. The best part was two other plumbers tried to sell me a full house repipe, which I knew was not needed. I have copper pipes in the house already! Shame on them, bravo to Charles.

This weekend I tried to do a shower replacement myself, and while the water was off I ran into a piping issue I could not handle. I called everyday plumber on a Saturday and they quickly took down my information and routed me to their on call guy Travis. He showed up when he said he would within a few hours of my call. We talked the problem through and he came up with the best solution. He was incredibly personable, professional and friendly. He even taught me a few tips and tricks for around the house. Pricing was very honest and fair considering the labor and time of weekend. I have a few more plumbing jobs I can’t tackle myself, and I can guarantee those jobs will now be going to your business and Travis.

I’ve used Midway for a number of years now and they’ve always been on time and provided great service. While their prices may be higher, I believe you get what you pay for. I’ve never had problems with their work (AC, electrical or plumbing).
