Absolutely don't hesitate. Sonny answered the phone and was the guy that came out. Very polite and reasonable in price. Many other companies were more costly when I spoke with them on the phone. Sonny not only found where the leak was, but dug it out on a muddy and rainy day. He also reached out to a friend to try and interpret what the heck the prior plumber. Worth every penny and will be recommending to anyone who has misfortune to need their services.

I just had Leland plumbing out to my house to repair a water shutoff valve and I cannot speak highly enough about them. They answered the phone immediately, scheduled me for a next day service at affordable rates (I shopped around and they were the lowest), and they even had a cancelation so the technician came SAME DAY! Steve, the technician, was professional, fair, very friendly, and did an awesome job. The repair only took about an hour and he was excellent at explaining what he was doing. Management, please give Steve my feedback, and a raise! While he was here, I was quoted on other plumbing work I need done and I will 100% use them again for any plumbing work, without question.

Could not even get a quote from last two weeks for water softener installation! Called 3 times, and no quote yet. Disappointed!

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

Dishwasher leak repaired! Very efficient and polite!

Had a great experience, at first I was a bit disappointed with the response time; however, Once the technician arrived he was very knowledgeable and finished the job within 30 minutes. I’ve had other plumbers tell me they couldn’t even open the clean out, Yet he had it open in five minutes. I would use this company again just because of Jorge! Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

Received an estimate for various plumbing repairs around the house. John took his time to look at every concern we had and we did not feel he rushed us. The estimate we received was $1000 less than a previous estimate, although we decided to wait on the unnecessary repairs. I will call and request John for repairs in the future.
