The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

Top knoch service.these guys figured out my problem within 10 min...after i had 3 plumbers out that charged me a fortune and didnt solve my problem..The condo below me was getting water in ther ceiling.3 different plumbers blamed it on 3 different things in my condo..Hundreds of dollars later the problem still wasnt solved.finally i contacted plumbing by paul.they were there that afternoon and within 10 minutes found that the leak was coming from a drain in the the unit above me..they were courteous,informative and kept the work space clean..my only regret is not calling plumbing by paul first..i would have saved a fortune and saved myself from a stressfull situation..5 stars

Their communications were prompt, professional and friendly and we were kept informed from beginning to end. The job estimate was pretty much spot on to the actual price paid. Our plumber, Mike, was exceptional - a super friendly guy who was punctual, professional and highly skilled. He did the job to perfection and cleaned up everything leaving the whole area spotless. I meant to leave a review on this company ( and forgot 🙄)… they installed a new dishwasher for me a couple months ago, and I was beyond impressed!!! Caring, pleasant, knowledgeable people!!! This kind of service barely exists anymore!!! I just called back and had a question about installing a alkaline water system for me. Technician called me back within 5 minutes asking me to send him pictures and he will figure it out!!!! WOW!!!

Apex Plumbing helped us resolve a pipe leak issue that originated in our yard due to tree roots. We were without water for 2 days. They made us a priority and got us on the schedule to start work the next day. They even had a crew out on a Saturday to get the job done. All staff, including the owner, are very kind and down to Earth people. I had a fantastic experience with this company, I highly recommend them.

Best plumber in St. Pete! We are so glad that we found them. Very fast, extremely nice, reasonable prices. First time we could not close a valve, they managed to close it and did it for free! Second time we had a vanity connected and a toilet flange replaced. We are real customers, this is not a fake review. I am a 70 year old, retired government worker, with atrial fibrillation. I called Cass Plumbing the week of 8/7/2023 to schedule a faulty tub overflow repair. after missed appointments, numerous call backs, and rescheduled visits, a plumber “Tony” finally showed up last Thursday, but stated he did not have a plumbing tool (???.) and a “part.” So, the repair was not done. After several more days of calls and rescheduled service appointments for 8/24/2023, the plumber stated he would be at my location to effect the fix. The plumber called again and said that he would be there today at Noon. Then at 12:30. No show. More calls. At 1:30PM…”I’m five minutes away.” No show. at 2:15PM: “My GPS says I’m 9 minutes away…” at 3:30PM, still no show. Finally, plumber arrives at 4:40PM. Another Plumber (“Tony”) said: “The needed part cost $375.00, but I will discount it $75.00. I checked with an online plumbing supplier and the entire plumbing assembly to repair the leak, including overflow valve, costs $22.99. I am thoroughly upset. I have wasted days with this very unreliable company that obviously isn’t concerned with their customers’ time and patience, and with questionable pricing practices.
