In an emergency situation, I was given Plumbing by Paul’s number. Paul was so great! He came in and explained step by step what was going on and what we needed to do. He also told us a long term fix and didn’t just slap a bandaid in it. We will be using Paul and his company for all our future plumbing needs!

If McGill Plumbing was equipped with the manpower to sufficiently accommodate their customers, my 11 day leak would would have been taken care of the next day.

I wanted to send a major shout out to Clog Kings for an amazing, emergency job with which they helped us a couple weekends ago. I am the GM of a very busy cigar bar and live music bar in downtown St. Petersburg and we deal with our share of craziness on weekends. We had a customer (somehow) break the main water line going into the toilet in one of our bathrooms underneath the on/off valve, causing a geyser of water to be shooting up from the floor. This caused major flooding, which led to us having to shut off the water to the entire live music venue at 1:30 AM on a Saturday, in the middle of our busiest time of the week. They were able to get out to us and get the problem fixed in no time. The technician (I apologize, I cannot remember his name) had all of the right materials and knowledge to get us back up and running with minimal loss of business, considering the day and time. We have not had any problems with the fix. Not only that, but the cost was way less than what I was expecting it to be. I cannot recommend Clog Kings enough for any of your plumbing needs, regardless of the time of day. Thank you so much, Clog Kings!

Save the call and call another plumber. Don't trust the repair price they quote you. They tried to charge 2 times as much as I was quoted. Their reason was that they sent 2 plumbers a 2nd time because the first plumber got the snake stuck in the pipe. We subsequently found out that the snake made a U turn and came out the pipe on the roof. Most of the snake was exposed with the end digging in the ground. Took trips to clear the clog. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. if you decide to just remember. Some of us told you!!
