Stan and his crew recently replaced our 11 year old water heater - not only did Stan provide good, accurate, not trying to oversell you advice, CW uses a high quality brand of residential water heater and can provide an extended warranty and annual service plan. His office staff is smart, friendly and very responsive both by phone and text. The two installers were professional, careful and very helpful in answering questions - Stan also stopped by to check on the installation. Cannot say enough good things about CW Plumbing and will use them for all our future plumbing needs!

Salazar pick up the phone before hours and talked me through my issue letting me know it was non-emergency and he knew exactly what was happening. He then fit me into his schedule for the day. All the while keeping me posted on his progress. He came in the afternoon and promptly took care, taking a terrible situation where we had no water and becoming my hero. He was professional, but also extremely friendly and educated me and my father-in-law on the issues in case we encounter again in the future. Trouble with your water softener and clogged lines? Call Salazar! I will definitely be using Tampa bay Plumbing in the future.

I cannot begin to explain the lack of professionalism, integrity, and knowledge of the professionals, or lack there of at Apollo Plumbing. I will need to spend thousands of dollars to repair the work they did, and after calling them to see if they would help with fixing the repairs, they said it was outside the warranty. It’s unfortunate because it was never done correctly in the first place… Do yourself a favor and do it yourself because Helen Keller could do a better job than these jokers.

This entire situation is beyond frustrating. There was no name calling other than a derogatory four letter word when your employee cut me off multiple times as I tried to explain to him that I dug up and exposed the new drain line and then placed a level on it, only to find out that the plumbing was pitched the complete opposite way.
I understand mistakes happen, but the most irritating part of the this whole situation is the lack of accountability and professionalism. An issue of this magnitude did not warrant a text message from one of the owner’s employees stating that the owner would not be contacting me.
Lastly, the fiasco that I dealt with when this job was initially completed consisted of five days to complete the project (when it only warranted 2-3, at most), and the owner blaming me for the job being under bid, which offset all of the issues and incompetence of this employees.
Apollo was given the opportunity to rectify the situation, but chose not to.

Good price for everything

Called Max with a leak from the main water line coming into my home, within 2 hours Tylor was at my home and had fixed the waterline. I was expecting to have to wait until the next day which would have been tough not having water at the house. Thanks guys!
