As advertised, fast and quick service. The service tech was very good, located the problem with my A/C and quickly fixed. Was shocked to have to pay $342 for a $35 capacitor.

My husband and I are so glad we hired Charles! We were under a lot of stress to get some plumbing issues resolved before selling our house, and he was prompt, courteous, personable and charged a fair price for honest, quality work. I won't even consider hiring another plumber after this A++ experience.

Plumbing by Paul did a complete renovation project for me in St Petersburg - spring 2022. My husband and I bought an old house in town in 2014 and it was finally time to give it an overhaul.

I booked the estimate with Missy in the office . Johan came out to look at our job and provide the estimate. He also was on site to complete all of the work.

We gutted our bathroom and moved the toilet and shower. We also added a half bath and gutted the kitchen too. Johan installed all of the new plumbing including two toilets, two vanities, a shower, kitchen sink, gas stove, ice maker for our refrigerator, dishwasher and helped in getting our hot water heater up to code. He also changed out the old water spigots we had outside.

All in all we had a great experience with Plumbing by Paul. I will certainly use them again and would not hesitate to refer them. Their pricing is also fair and reasonable and the office is organized!

During a time where many trades are overwhelmed, overpricing and overscheduling themselves it was a joy to work with Missy in the office and Johan in the field to get our project completed. Chip worked hard and continuously on several (small) projects. He explained what to look for in the future (as a heads-up to phone for repairs, again). Chip fixed everything on my list and tested each fix (at least once). He is friendly and respectful, and very skilled.

Job done as promised but very expensive.

Both individuals were courteous and very good at explaining what they were doing. Job was done quickly, hauled out the old toilet and boxes. They left their work area clean and debris free. Will definitely use them again.
